Good Earth Tea for Sleep, 15-Count Tea Bags (Pack of 6)

I have a high-stress job that often keeps me awake. When it gets really bad, I'll make a cup of this tea and enjoy a full night's sleep. A nice side-effect is that I seem to be somewhat stress-resistant the next morning, at least for a few hours.

Thanks to those who reviewed this tea, and who referred to this brand in other reviews. Have enjoyed Yogi & Celestial Seasonings "sleepy" teas in the past. Celestial, well, bought for price & decided not to buy again for lack of taste & no individual wrappings to keep tea fresh. Favored Yogi, especially when Amazon has on sale, but even at regular price, beats grocery store. Now that I've tried Good Earth, I think I'm pretty much sold on it. Just as good if not better than Yogi. Husband (the coffee drinker in the family) even likes it. I was a bit leary about buying 6 boxes without trying it first, but I was not disappointed & will buy again. I suggest definately worth a try if you enjoy tea before bed to help relax for sleep. Does it really help me sleep? Well it can't hurt right?

This tea is tastey, and works as described in the ad. Might need to drink two cups at first, just to prime your system to the natural ingredients

This tea is wonderful it tastes great and does help you sleep. It is my favorite night time tea. I highly recommend it. In my opinion theres not another brand that comes close to this one and Amazon has a great price on the six pack

This is a very delicious, delicate tea. I love having a cup before bed. It doesn't knock me cold, just sweetly relaxes me.
