I don't know how good it is for stopping snoring but I used it for my brother when his jaw became dislodged. After going to the ER when his jaw slipped out of place they had to put him under to get it back in place and tapped his jaw to keep him from moving it. When we got home I replaced the awful tape with this chin strap and he slept comfortable with it until morning. It is nice because it can be adjusted. It kept my brother from moving his jaw for 10 hours and he slept comfortably with it.

Doesn't work at all. Uncomfortable and bulky. Doesn't stop snoring at all. Now used as a bungee cord or strap.
