I ordered Melatonin Plus and they sent me Melatonin Ultra. When I brought this to the manufacturer they said that they did not carry it anymore. They refused to take the listing on amazon down. Basically I ordered plus and was shipped ultra. If that is what you want then it is a pretty awesome deal. If not it begins to feel very underhanded very quickly. This supplier has lost my trust forever.

If you have trouble sleeping this is the product for you. I have had insomnia for a while and the first night I tried this product I slept 9 hours without waking once. I have been using this for 3 weeks now and sleep soundly each night. I have also found my stress levels have lessened. Can highly recommend this product.

As long as you don't have deeper issues affecting sleep (e.g. emotional reasons that need to be addressed in therapy, etc.), this is fantastic. I find that 2 or 3 tablets about 30 minutes before my bedtime works best for me. It's nothing like a sleeping pill in that it's not addictive and you don't wake up feeling drugged. It's a nice insurance policy that you will get a restful sleep. I love it!! And the ingredients are good for you. I find that melatonin on its own doesn't work for me, but this combination with the L-theanine does the trick! I can't talk highly enough about this product!!~
