I often have a hard time sleepingboth falling asleep and staying asleepand this product is better than anything else I've tried, and I've tried every sleep aid in the drugstore. What I love about this product is that you just let 2 melt under your tongue and your mind just calms down, your body calms down and you fall asleep much more naturally than with other sleep drugs. No heavy fall like you'll get with some of them. But the best part is that in the morning, you wake up feeling refreshed, not groggy and drugged up feeling. I hate how I feel in the mornings after taking other sleep aids. This is the only one I'll use now.

I'm a chronic insomniac and this product worked well for me taken as directed. It is NOT a substitute for Ambien by an any means and no where near as strong but when combined with melatonin, really helps provide a good night sleep.

If you are very stressed, as another reviewer for this product was, I would contact your doctor. This product will not help in those situations.

I've been using this product for two nights, seems to calm my nerves so I feel like going to sleep, but then I take the second dose, takes me a long time to fall asleep, just to wake up three hours later, then I'm up all night. Don't think this is going to be the miracle product I thought it would be, very disappointed.

I only use it sometimes. But, from the times I have tried it, I think other Boiron products are more effective.
