Dr. Teal's Epsom Salt Soaking Solution, Lavender, 48 Ounce

after a long week of cleaning the basement and moving books and shelves my body would be aching in places I soon learned how out of shape I truly am. I just want to go to bed but covered in dust in who knows what else (I usually get calgon, but kmart didn't have my favorite scent; but I saw on the shelf Dr. Teal epsom salt in Lavender flavor the price was very cheap so I got it and placed it on my bathroom shelf)I decided to try Dr. Teal epsom salt and lots of hot water. the smell was very pleasant and soft to my nose I just sat and enjoy the smell for a while, but when I got out I felt wonderful and the soft scent was relaxing, which meant no problem falling asleep. I have told my friends and a few on facebook.

I recently read a posting on Pinterest about taking a "detox" bath. The ingredients for the bath were Epson Salts, baking soda, and an essential oil. I was shopping last week and saw the Dr Teal's product on the shelf and decided to try it.

I must admit that lavender is my favorite scent/essential oil.

I used the product yesterday and it was heavenly! I had intended to soak in the tub for 30 minutes, reading my Kindle. BUT, the scent of lavender was so relaxing that I soaked in the tub for 45 minutes, did not read my Kindle, was not bored, but was in a VERY peaceful-meditative state.

Dr. Teal's is the only bath salts I use. Until I can find a better product, I don't see why I would need to switch. They're good, they deliver fast, and they smell so amazing!!!! I just wish they were cheaper.

The smell and price were great the bath salts did what it said it would do but, the only thing is my husband took a bath around 5:30pm and it was hard to wake him at 8 too pick his son up, then my son picked me up from work because his dad fell back into a deep sleep.My husband slept very deeply until 7am and was worried because he didnt like the way he felt. When I say deep sleep, very deep.but the zipper works.

Love epsom salt with the lavender scent--so relaxing! The bag doesn't re-seal very well--you're probably better off just storing your salt in a tupperware.
