[Black Temptation] Embroidered Applique Eye Shade / Sleeping Mask Cover / Sleep Blinder (7.9*3.1)

This is super cute and well made for what it is, but it's more for fun/decoration than for sleep. I found it very uncomfortable and the lace a bit itchy. The elastic that goes around your ears to secure the mask into place is a little harsh and made behind my ears very sore and achey, and I have small ears. Don't expect to wear this through a full night's sleep!

The cat design of the mask is such a cute idea, but the execution and quality of the mask is cheap. Frankly, the quality combined with the packaging made me think it came from a dollar store. There are several areas where the stitching is in a different color and looks like it is coming undone. I used a black marker to cover up the different stitching. I would have returned it but I needed an eye mask for a trip I am taking next week.

The elastic bands wrap around each ear individually, and while adjustable, they are still a tight fit on me. I am planning on adding my own adjustable head strap in the future. Ultimately, the cuteness of the design redeems it somewhat...but I don't think this product should cost more than five dollars tops.

Order was received very quickly. Excellent quality eye cover. We've owned about 12 in the last six years and this is the best quality one I've had. Didn't realize from picture or description that straps go around each ear instead of one strap around the back of your head. I've never seen one made that way. Too uncomfortable to wear on each ear. I cut elastic and tied it together in back to go around head. Works well that way. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this retailer again.

This adorably styled sleep mask is the only one I've tried that doesn't damage my fine, brittle hair. Instead of putting an elastic band around your head, you slip smaller elastic bands over your ears, similar to putting on a surgical mask.

I'm a side sleeper, and the little beads for adjusting the mask were uncomfortable behind my ears, so I removed them. The mask still stays over my eyes while I sleep.

When donning the mask, be sure to flip down the little flap of fabric that covers the corners of your nose. They really add to the mask's effectiveness.

I used this mask on a crowded train, and got a full night's sleep--unlike a previous trip. It also helps me sleep when I work graveyard shift. I wish it came in several styles, including a gender neutral one that I could recommend to a male colleague.

Burt's Bees Intense Hydration Treatment Mask, 4 Ounce

(#1 REVIEWER)Over the last year I have become more aware of the small lines on my face and became more interested in various moisturizers and hydration creams. What I look for a cream besides reducing the appearance of wrinkles is pleasant feel and either no scent or light pleasant scent. Recently I tried Burt's Bees' Intense Hydration Treatment Mask for the first time. I applied after a long hot shower to my face and neck. The intense hydration treatment mask goes on as a cream and stayed wet and pliable for the 10 minutes I left it on. The cream has a light pleasant scent reminded me of a clover smell. After 10 minutes most of cream was absorbed by the skin and what was left I removed with a warm washcloth.

My skin felt very nice right after the application of the mask. In the morning when I looked in the mirror the tiny wrinkles around my eyes were practically invisible. The skin looked smooth and taught. The skin felt softer than normal. I enjoyed the feeling of my skin right after a hot shower and it also gave me really nice results in the morning. The scent was very light and did not keep me from falling asleep (some stronger scents do).

I like the packaging of Burt's Bees' Treatment Mask. It comes in a tube with a large cap so you store the tube upside down standing on the cap . I am attaching a collage of 2 photos under the customers photos and you see the cap in photo #1. The gravity keeps the cream at the opening and it is easy to get out even when there is just a little bit left. I also was impressed that the new tube came sealed with foil, so you are guaranteed to have fresh and wet cream when you open it (photo #2).

Sometimes my skin just needs an extra boost. Or feels very dry after using a more drying treatment mask. This fits the bill for both of those situations. Sleep 'n Restore

Natrol's Sleep'n Restore 20 Tablets is a great product. Formerly called "Natrol's Sleep'n Revive" it combines Melatonin with Valarian to get you to sleep and help you remain that way for 8 to 10 hours.

I have been taking this product not only for a general calming aid about one hour before I sleep, but on those occasions my friends ask me out for a pint and I want to avoid a hang-over (a result of poor sleeping from alcohol) I notice the side effects of a drink the night before are greatly reduced with this product.

I came across this referred by a friend. Melatonin alone didn't do it for me, but this combination of Melatonin, Valarian Root, grape seed extract and other natural nutrition does the trick. I sleep all the way through, even with diabetes and sleep apnea, and I feel refreshed in the morning. I took one tablet before bedtime and within 15 minutes I really had the urge to go lay down and sleep. So, this does work if you are looking for something to help you fall asleep. Natures Bounty Melatonin 3 Mg

I had terrible anxiety for a few weeks and during that time, there was one week when I couldn't sleep more than 4-5 hours a night (my average sleep lasts 8 or 9 hours). One friend recommended I try Valerian and another friend recommended Melatonin. I found both at a nearby store. The Valerian smelled awful and didn't produce any noticeable effects (though I don't know if I should have taken more than two pills).

However, the Nature's Bounty Melatonin gave me a full night's sleep. It gives very vivid dreams. I'd heard this about both supplements, but I didn't have that problem with the Valerian, only with the Melatonin. My friend suggested a smaller dosage as 3mg is supposed to be a high dose, and since this is a hormone not an herb, I wanted to be on the safe side. So the next time I used it, I cut the tablets in half (1.5 mg each). If you cut it, make sure to take it with something that will curb the taste and coat the stomach.

If you've tried other herbal remedies and they didn't work or you don't like to use sleeping pills with an antihistimine, try the melatonin. It works. The only side effect I noticed was I got a headache after taking it, but I don't know if that could also be due to the fact that I was cutting the pill in half, so it wasn't fully coated.

Note: You can find lower dose 1 mg tablets available through Nature's Bounty or other brands.

I was hoping this product would help me to sleep through the night. I still wake up at least once or twice but am able to go back to sleep easier. Sometimes I wake up in the morning a bit groggy.

These are basically pull ups (diaper-ish looking) with a blue outer that makes them look like blue boxers. My son really likes them because they don't look like kid diapers. The blue lightweight "fabric" doesn't tear and is comfortable.

If you have an older son, these could be perfect if he sleeps over at a friends. They would not know they are pull-ups.

I really love these. I used to curl my hair in the morning with a curling iron, but I really think that overnight curls suit me better because I am NOT a morning person at ALL. So I bought these...well, first I bought individual packs of the pink and green ones (sold separately, obviously) and then I bought this because I wanted to mess around with the other two sizes (the yellow and blue). These don't take a long time to get the hang of and are easy to use. It does feel a little funny sleeping on them, but I didn't have any problems sleeping and it really didn't notice any discomfort. It just felt odd, that's all. When you take them out, even the large size gives you little ringlets that fall into a nice big curl throughout the course of the day I end up brushing my hair a little to speed this process because I usually have to go right out the door. I would definitely recommend these.

Both of my girls have fairly long hair and for school photos and holidays we like the ends curled...however, b/c their hair is so thin, it always falls before we leave the house and my hard work is pointless leaving them w/small kinks in their hair. It makes me feel at peace and calm, sleep well, and has great anxiolytic effects as well. It also seems to increase my sexual desire as well.

Do take care when administering this product to yourself as too much can make you very nauseous and feeling intoxicated which is no fun. I find 1-1.3 grams to be the ideal dose but that is subjective per person. Tolerance does build after a few days so if you are looking for those good feeling effects than take it no more than 2-3 days a week with 3-7 rest days in between.

my dr. recommended this to me and i LOVE it...it helps me sleep...i have lyme disease and have difficulty sleeping as well as staying asleep once i finally fall asleep...i have found this to be one of the most helpful products i have ever used...occasionally, if i have a lot of outside factors also affecting my sleep such as stress or even the bright light of a full moon night, i find it helpful to add meletonin along with the zen, but usually, that isn't necessary.

also, i have found that by taking a half dose, it also helps with anxiety...when they say "take a chill pill" zen is actually that for me...i find that if i have a great deal of anxiety, one zen will not even make me too drowsey to be able to function...

so i use zen for both an aide to restful sleep and a way to overcome anxiety on those days when it seems to be a bit more than i can deal with...lyme disease can really cause your emotions to be disregulated in ways that don't really make sense, so i don't know how this will work for people who have different types of anxiety, but for me, when i get that unexplainable no reason anxiety that has no basis in reality (so i can't "mind over matter" my way out of it) zen is the ticket to return to a calm peaceful ahhhhhh.

I find 200 mg of zen is a pleasant way to come to center when it is otherwise elusive. Once there it is easier to maintain that state without another dose. For me it is not sleep inducing, but rather brings a calm present mind state.

Zen Caps were recommended to me as a sleep aid--by a naturopath--but did not assist with sleep. What I had hoped for was to make my sleep more lengthy; I was waking too early and unable to get back to sleep.
