Bought this to replace my gabapentin prescription that I take for bipolar/anti-depressant aids. When I take it I can definitely feel the flood of GABA in my brain after a few hours. It makes me feel at peace and calm, sleep well, and has great anxiolytic effects as well. It also seems to increase my sexual desire as well.

Do take care when administering this product to yourself as too much can make you very nauseous and feeling intoxicated which is no fun. I find 1-1.3 grams to be the ideal dose but that is subjective per person. Tolerance does build after a few days so if you are looking for those good feeling effects than take it no more than 2-3 days a week with 3-7 rest days in between.
