I HATE large pills. I would rather take a few small pills than one large one. Unfortunately most of the ubiquinol on the market seem to all be in gigantic capsules/soft gels. The capsules contain no soy or unnecessary chemicals and the price is among the lowest I have found for the 200 mg dose. The gel caps are large but I do not find them difficult to swallow.
