This product didnt really relieve stress although it provided possibly the best sleep I have ever had. ok product though
Watch out for the other ingredient. Elenthero is a form of ginseng, but they don't tell you that. I took these pills and I have high blood pressure. My BP shot through the roof after a day or two of this stuff. My heart rate raced to over 100. I felt like my head was going to explode and the worst headache. Never taking these again. Ginseng is a known problem for people with high blood pressure, so beware!
