I was really glad to find diphenhydramine in a tablet form. I personally don't mind whether it's a tablet or a capsule, but my beagle mix is easier to fool when I give him a tablet in peanut butter. He doesn't hear a capsule crunching, so he takes one little bite (just to make sure) and then swallows it whole. He is allergic to everything in the front yard and this really helps him with his itchy belly. And the price is great!
