Estroven PM - 24 Caplets

I have been using Estroven Nighttime for several years, since I began having menopausal issues. I also use the daytime Estroven. I had to, over time, discover that Estroven helped me better than other brands or store brands. Although they claim to have the same or very similar ingredients, they just didn't work as well as as consistantly. With Estroven Nighttime, I can say that I sleep comfortably without hot flashes. I admit that I don't sleep through the entire night after taking these, let's say, at about 10:00 or 11:00 p.m., but I've discovered that if I take 2 or 3 tablets, that takes me longer toward morning and I'm not groggy in the morning either.

I tried the ultimate test in two parts first lessening the amount I took (the recommended 1 tablet per night as stated on the box) but it didn't help. Increasing the amount taken, as I've stated above, works for me. That's just my opinion and works for my system.

The second part of my "ultimate test" was when I had myself feeling comfortable with Estroven Day and Nighttime tablets, I tried to wean myself to less and even none, to see if indeed they were helping me or if I could already go without taking any. Well, so far I can see that I still need them! But they are indeed helping me because after about 2 weeks without them, or at lesser doses, I saw the hot flashes increase. I immediately got back onto Estroven and within a couple days was feeling much better again. This product definitely is a great help to me during the most difficult years of menopause. I very highly recommend it!

For the past year Estroven Nighttime was a wonderful, occasional aid to help me fall asleep. Unfortunately, my recent order arrived and the box looked different. A quick comparison showed that Estroven had changed the formula and added another ingredient, melatonin. I'm unable to take melatonin. When I contacted Amazon they handled it exceptionally well and replaced the shipment. Unfortunately, the replacement was the same new formula. A quick search on line showed that indeed the product had changed. The picture here is of the old one, which I would rate at 5 stars. The real product is different though, so I would urge anyone ordering to check the formula before they decide to order it.

I really love this product and take it every night. Since i have used it for so many years, I very rarely experience any symptoms at night. A;long with daytime Estroven this is all I need.

I recommend this product to all my friends with sleep issues. I use it only on occasion when I wake up in the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep...then because I have such a sensitive system I only take half a pill. It always helps me fall back to sleep and I wake up fresh and not groggy at all. It also helps with the hot flashes as well. Highly recommend!
