This sleep aid is always on my nightstand to either help me fall asleep initially or to fall back to sleep if I awake in the middle of the night. One or two full droppers is all it takes. The per oz. cost of this 4 ounce bottle is about half what I pay in the health food store. No extra shipping charges with Prime. Only one health food store in my area carries it and it's often out of stock. I couldn't be more pleased to find it on Amazon.

I had been going through a particularly stressful few months-loss of a loved one, financial stress, etc, and out of desperation asked my Psychiatrist for a small Valium prescription. Long story short, this is a truly effective remedy that I highly recommend to anyone who needs help falling and staying asleep, and wants to steer clear of physically addictive sedatives and sleeping pills.

I rarely write reviews on here but I just had to for this product it's amazing. It's a great non-addictive substitute for RX such as Xanax if you use those for sleeping or anxiety relief. It's also a great mood lifter if you have problems with mild depression or anger or irritability. If feeling hyperactive, this will calm you right down about 2 or 3 droppers full is all it takes.
