As someone who has had to take anti-depressants I began looking for a natural herbal anxiety reliever. I stumbled upon a thread at Amazon where someone recommended this product. I usually lay awake for a long time before falling asleep but I fell asleep as soon as I went to bed. The next morning I awoke refreshed without the "hangover" feeling left by sleeping pills. I took the next dose that morning and it didn't make me drowsy or jittery or "high" as some antidepressants. I just felt calm-It really works!

I bought this based partly on the two existing reviews that it helped with sleep. I took one with food (as suggested) before bed and I have never slept worse. I woke up at least 10 times throughout the night. For me personally, melatonin is a MUCH more effective natural sleep aid than this product.

That said, I also bought this product for the supposed anti-tumor properties it provides. I have a chronic type of cancer and am always on the lookout for anything that helps keep my system clean and can naturally boost my immune system. There is no real way to measure if this product actually provides this, but studies show some promising results so I'll be sticking with it for awhile.
