Jujube Seed Decoction (Suan Zao Ren Tang)

I've never been a good sleeper, but once I hit my 40s, my need for sleep increased. I've tried every sleep cure on the books, both prescription and natural. A CMD gave me this product, and within days I was sleeping much better, and waking up without the grogginess I normally have (even from melatonin!).

I would highly recommend this product. Serving size is 10 little pills, but the CMD cut me back to 5 after a few days.

This product arrived promptly, but unfortunately it was not what I hoped. I heard that it was useful in promoting sleep, but it did nothing for me. I only tried a few times, and that may have been a mistake, but it did nothing for me those few times I did try it.
