I've searched hard for an arginine/ AKG supplement that does not contain creatine. Seems like the trend is to sneak creatine in everything nowadays but it only makes me fatter. 3.5 stars. I found this stuff worked pretty well for me, but wasn't ideal. The first thing is that you have to take a lot (up to six) of the large tablets, so it's quite a mouthful just to get them down. I've struggled with insomnia since I was about 12 years old. At 37 now with a young child who also doesn't sleep well, I get too close to the breaking point too often. The sleep deprivation is brutal. I'm a born night owl with the "my mind won't stop" kind of insomnia. I first ordered a 5" wedge pillow, which after some consideration, thought that might not be high enough so I returned that a got a 7"X 24 X 24 one. This turned out to be a better investment and has improved my health issues greatly. I like the height of this pillow. Wish it was just a little bit longer but overall it's not too bad. Slightly pricey but when it's something you really, really need, I think it's worth the price.

I've tried them the other night and got disappointed. I went back to the better foam ones. These ear plugs take too long to make them work. You first have to knead them. Basically work them with your hands to make them soft. Like if you are working on some pizza dough! And that will leave some kind of rubbery layer like of something on your hands. Once they are warm, you have to stick them up into your ear canal and push firmly for a while. And that hurts. The "material" has to go inside your ear canal to make the seal "effect".So you have to push hard and flat. And because it is not foam the pushing will be hurtful. Once they are in your ear they seem to keep the sound out of your ear well enough, but if you move they easily detached from your ear and won't seal well enough anymore. I had high hopes for this blend of enzymes. I'm a vegetarian who has had significant digestive problems since raising my intake of vegetables and whole grains.
