I found this product to be incredibly effective at reducing fine lines and dark spots. It virtually eliminated the dark pigmentation on my neck and face. I purchased the Neutrogena Anti-Oxidant Age Reverse Night Cream and it was the only product that I changed in my face regime. I am very careful when I purchase new facial products because my skin is fairly sensitive. After one week, I had small bumps all over my forehead, chin and jaw area. I have had this reaction to other products and if I continue usage the bumps develop everywhere that I use the lotion, including my neck. Since I stopped using the Age Reverse Night Cream I have had an unusually high amount of white heads in the same areas where I developed the bumps. I feel that Neutrogena has changed their formulations. I used the Healthy Skin moisturizer (in the pump bottle) for YEARS and developed the same bumps and whiteheads all of a sudden without changing any other products. I wrote to Neutrogena a detailed email regarding my experience. I asked what they had changed and what they recommended. It was a very nice email, I wanted to share what I had encountered as a loyal customer and had several specific questions, I included my phone number so they could easily contact me. Instead, I receive a 'canned' reply stating I should call to speak with a representative. Having been a Customer Service Manager for a premium brand company I wrote back and suggested that they were violating the first rule of customer service which is to respect the customers communication channel, which in my case had been email, or to make a little effort and call me themselves since I had supplied my phone number. I never heard a thing, so they lost a formerly loyal customer.
