I'm a long time fan of Dr Bronner's soaps. This order was everything I expected it to be as it is a BIG bottle of the same great eucalyptus soap that I've used for years. My two favorite scents are eucalyptus and peppermint. This is a great multi-purpose soap that is good for you and the environment. It feels great, smells great, and works well for many uses. I was introduced to the stuff as a backpacker because, unlike many soaps, Dr. Bronner's works well in cold water for bathing and dishwashing. Futuro Futuro Night Wrist Sleep Support Adjust To Fit

I bought one of these at CVS a year or two ago. I love it. It is very comfortable and adjusts nicely! I just bought a second one from Amazon for my other wrist. Just remember, it is for nighttime use only. If you need one for the daytime, you need to purchase something else. I am unable to do anything with it on. I need to take it off to feed the baby in the middle of the night! But, I'm not complaining since it was designed to use while you are sleeping... Love it, 5 stars!

I don't have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, but I sleep on my side and find that my wrist tend to support my face in an extreme angle. It makes it very uncomfortable and at times painful when waking up. The Futuro Night wrist support has prevented this from happening, my wrist stay straight the entire night. It took a couple of nights to get used to the support, but now its not a problem.

The wrist support has a padding on the palm that makes it more comfortable. I do find that you have to have it snug (not super tight) as it comes off my wrist in my sleep when not snug.

I don't know, but this one doesn't work for me. I applied it on my temples, above my upper lip, and my throat and nothing happened I still couldn't sleep. It calms you a lil' bit, but thats about it.

When I ordered this, I also ordered (Nelson) Bach Rescue Sleep. Now this one works for me (see my review of it under Bach Rescue Remedy Sleep for further details). It's much better than Badger.

I'll check out Valerian Extract (standardized) next time and see the differences between the two.

I came across this product by accident and was intrigued. I love the scent of Lavender and Bergamot, and who couldn't use a sleep balm. Plus, it's USA Organic, in keeping with all Badger products.

It's suggested you rub a little onto your temples, face, neck, or lips, and use it regularly for best results. I find I miss it when I don't use it. I love the fragrance, and it's been well documented that lavender is a calming aroma.

It was bulky to wear and in fact did just about the opposite if what your are to do for your foot if you have planter fasciitis. With the support being up the front of your calf it made your toes not want to be pulled toward the front of your leg. This splint is a lot more comfortable than the big boot my orthopedist gave me. I could never wear that splint through the night. But the Futuro splint, while more comfortable, slips down the leg and off the foot. I've adjusted it every possible way, but it is not mpossible to get the foot in the proper flexed position without squeezing the toes so hard that it is unbearable. Since it doesn't flex the foot, and slips off, it does not work. Not the worst splint, but not the best either.

Therefore, since night splints can be a pain to sleep with for a lot of people, I recommend you try them as a last resort after you've tried more conservative things such as foot inserts. Doctors Best Best High Potency Serrapeptase

This product is extremely strong, please regulate the dosage in accordance with your body. I initially had a neck rash, but it has gone away. According to the manufactuers this is a common side effect, also increased urination, but this is a sign that fibrin is being dissolved. I'm taking serrapeptase, bromelain and nattokinase in an effort to shrink some large fibroids; will probably take a few months, but I'm optimistic. I no longer feel bloated or heavy. I'm also moving better, and less sluggish. I strongly recommend this product.

The main reason I purchased this is to treat Morton's Neuroma in my right foot to avoid surgery. I already had surgery in my left foot for the same condition and am happy with the end results, but I don't want to go through that tough recovery time again. Plus after surgery on the right foot I won't be able to drive for 2 weeks. I have a FT job and 2 kids not being able to drive for 2 weeks would be a significant burden. It will be a few weeks before I know if it helps with that condition. I will update this review in a few weeks regarding that issue.

I also have carpal tunnel in both arms and have had a recent, severe flare up of the pain, plus severe body aches. I am not sure what caused this but I believe it is due to recently quitting smoking or using the patch. I am also having severe GERD this week, so I can't take ibuprofen.

Serrapeptase is good for so many things. Personally, I have noticed a number of positive results from taking this product. I'm 40 years old and have had joint pain in my knees since highschool. Check with The Serrapeptase Guy (Robert Redfern, Nutritionalist) for assistance on dosing your serrapeptase and, if you're concerned at all, keep your doctor in the loop of course (hopefully he has heard of the stuff or will, at least, be willing to research it with you).

I don't yet know how this product compares with more expensive brands such as those recommended by The Serrapeptase Guy, but it was actually his website that had this brand (Doctor's Best) as one of the alternative products in the same class that had a decent potency rating. I took that as a positive recommendation and, indeed, it seems to work for me. I also like the Doctor's Best brand because of its affordability. Amazon.com has also been excellent for service and shipping! I'm very happy with my purchase! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I have not tried the brand that is so highly recommended by Robert Redfern.

DHC Extra Nighttime Moisture 1.5 oz. Net wt.

I started using DHC products when I lived in Japan (where the company is headquartered) in 1987 and I swear by them. This EXTRA NIGHTTIME MOISTURE is a staple in my cosmetic cabinet, and I apply it just before bedtime. Since it contains Olive virgin oil, a little goes a l-o-n-g way, so sparing applications are best. I also have very sensitive skin so this product is compatable due to the fact that it doesn't contain any coloring agents or 'irritating' fragrances that can be associated with allergic break-outs.

Being a much older woman now and getting along in years being consistent in my nighttime applications over the years has helped (in the long run) to temper/soften many of what would have otherwise been 'hard' lines on my neck and face. I actually attribute this to the olive oil content. Olive oil actually behaves/acts like a barrier on the skin insulating it and helping the skin to retain moisture.

Although this is somewhat pricey, with sparing applications it will last quite awhile and you will really get your money's worth. And your skin will thank you for it.

I had used a sample of this moisturizer prior to purchasing. Of course, the sample only had about 2 nights worth of moisturizer but I was impressed with it's results. After purchasing it and using it for a month I find that while it does deliver great moisture, it also seems to be clogging my pores. My face has been breaking out and I'm 39 years old. I'm not 100% sure if the breakout is due to the moisturizer, a reaction to the extreme heat we're having in Texas this summer or a combination of both. I plan to try using it again once the weather is a bit cooler to see if the breakouts continue. So bottom line, great moisturizer for those that need a heavy moisturizer but beware of the pore clogging possibilities. If your skin is prone to breakouts, you should probably opt for something lighter.

Flents Flents Quiet Please Foam Ear Plugs

These earplugs are good but nowhere near as good as the newer purple variety of "Quiet Please" that Flents had started making recently. Now suddenly they've gone back to the older version with no explanation. They're not as flexible and they pop out of my ears. They still make their "Quiet Time" earplugs in the softer purple variety but they are not as effective. Why did they change back? I don't get it. And I can't find a website to complain about it.

I've used Flents Quiet Please for years and recently have had trouble finding them in my local drugstores. They only have those colored bullet-shaped squishy ones now and I find they are no good. Don't stay in and don't block out noise. I was so happy to find the old fashioned off-white Flents Quiet Please online. I thought they had stopped making them. I will buy a boatload before they take them off the market for some trumped up cockamamie health reason. I find I can re-constitute them by placing them in a small pyrex bowl of water and microwaving for one minute. Squash in a paper towel to remove excess water and allow to air dry. They come back good as new.

I`ve been wearing ear plugs to sleep for over 20 yrs. I always used the orange ones with a NRR rating of 33. The problem with those is they go to far or work their way deeper into the ear canal. Solgar - Magnesium Citrate, 120 tablets

After reading a wealth of research about the effective use of Magnesium for treating migraines (including the book What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Migraines), I decided to try it for myself. It took some time to find the right product, however, as you need to use a form of Magnesium that ends in "-ate" (and avoid those that end in "-ide," such as Magnesium Oxide). The most common magnesium supplements are magnesium oxide, magnesium carbonate, chelated magnesium (magnesium glycinate), magnesium orotate, magnesium citrate, magnesium maleate and magnesium gluconate. These supplements provide different amounts of elemental magnesium (the constituent that matters) and also vary significantly in their bioavailability (absorption).

Magnesium oxide is the most dense magnesium compound and the one most often used in mineral supplements and multivitamins. It contains 300 mg of elemental magnesium per 500 mg tablet, but is extremely poorly absorbed. Only about 4% of its elemental magnesium is absorbed or about 12 mg out of a 500 mg tablet.

Magnesium carbonate contains 125 mg of elemental magnesium per 500 mg tablet, but is poorly absorbed.

Chelated magnesium (magnesium glycinate) is magnesium bound in a complex of glycine and lysine. It is easily absorbed and highly bioavailable. The magnesium (elemental) content per tablet or capsule is usually 100 mg.

Magnesium orotate contains only 31 mg of elemental magnesium per 500 mg tablet. However, it is well absorbed and has been found highly effective in daily intakes of 3000 mg (186 mg elemental).

Magnesium citrate contains 80 mg of elemental magnesium per 500 mg tablet. It is far better absorbed than is magnesium oxide. The water soluble form (Natural Calm) contains 205 mg of elemental magnesium per teaspoon, is totally soluble in hot water and is highly bioavailable.

Magnesium maleate contains 56 mg of elemental magnesium per 500 mg tablet.

Magnesium gluconate contains 27 mg of elemental magnesium per 500 mg tablet. It is easily absorbed and quick acting.

All forms of oral magnesium supplements are better absorbed when taken with a meal.

I know it may seem like a very unpleasant topic to talk about, but constipation can be a very serious and painful ailment. I have suffered for year. Doctors tried all kinds of pills, laxatives, fiber powders, colon products and cleansing, etc. There was just no success. Finally I found a brilliant doctor who guessed that I might have a Magnesium Deficiancy...I know, I'd never heard of it either. Well, he performed what I thought to be an extremely unusual (though incredibly helpful in diagnosing my ailment) test: He had me swallow this little device/detector thingie :-/ that fit inside a quickly dissolving gel capsule. Also inside the capsule was a thin string which was attached to the device (so he could later pull it right back out through my mouth when the test was done). I then drank something, I believe (it's been several years since the test, so I don't remember exactly) with magnesium in it. Soon after, I drank something with Baking Soda in it to see how fast my stomach could absorb/neutralize acid (again, it's hard to remember the exact things I drank). While the device was in my stomach, the doctor could see how well I absorbed Magnesium -quite poorly, as he suspected. He also explained that if your body cannot properly absorb magnesium from foods, it can impact your ability to have bowel movements. Needless to say, this discovery has been a godsend! These pills work wonderfully. I do have to take 2 3 every other night though. I hope someone might read this review and discover a way to cure their constipation as well. Please do talk to your doctor about it though as I have no medical training; I only know what is working for me.
