I'm 5'11" and ~190 lbs. After taking one of the 50 mg. tablets I'll start to feel drowsy after about 30-45 mins. After about 60-90 minutes it will take full effect (as in I'll feel like I haven't slept in about 24 hours). I don't usually feel much in the way of residual effects (i.e. morning drowsiness). Although it will take me a little longer to get going in the morning; it usually wears off after a couple of hours. One thing I have noticed though is I feel more dehydrated than usual in the morning, but that could just be me. Regardless, based on the cost and effectiveness; I recommend this product.

Product works great and I have bought it before, will continue to buy. Worst part is that they do not ship to APO/AE, so the product had to be shipped to the states then shipped overseas.
