Johnson's Baby Bath Bedtime, 28 Ounce (Pack of 2)

Johnson's Baby Bath Bedtime, 28 OunceThis really does help your baby sleep because lavendar is a soothing aroma and encourages a calmer baby! I won't use anything else.

This large bottle lasts about a month with one baby to bathe. Smells great. Doesn't leave a residue, doesn't bother her eyes. The bubbles could last a little longer and I kinda wish it had more moisturizers built in. Great product, though!

Initially, I received a sample size of this baby wash when purchasing a different Johnson & Johnson product and was immediately HOOKED once I tried it. The lavendar smell is nothing short of amazing, it lathers extremely well and it isn't too harsh for my 4-month old's delicate skin. It is a little perfumey but my little one doesn't seem to mind and with Johnson & Johnson's no more tears formula, I have no worries about him splashing the tub water into his eyes. As for the product's calming effects, I do notice that my little one splashes a lot less when he's bathed with this so it's fair to say it's at least somewhat relaxing. My baby has been a good sleeper since birth and he continues to sleep well when bathed with this so it's a KEEPER!

Mucinex DM, Expectorant and Cough Suppressant

Mucinex DM Extended-Release Bi-Layer Tablets, 40 CountThere are so many cough formulas on the market that it is easy to get confused on what to buy. Here is a guide:

Cough medicines are categorized as EXPECTORANTS or SUPPRESSANTS, each may be sold separately or in combination medications, like this one. They're also found in cold formulas that include pain relievers (analgesics such as acetaminophen (Tylenol)), decongestants (pseudoephedrine), and antihistamines (diphenhydramine).

This product has a cough suppressant (dextromethorphan), combined with an expectorant (Guaifenesin). The purpose of an expectorant is to loosen phlem so that it can be coughed up and out. Take an expectorant with a full glass of water, as water is an excellent expectorant. Also, drink plenty of fluids if you are congested. Hot liquids, such as chicken soup, tea and honey--work especially well. Breathing humidified air also moistens and soothes irritated airways, and loosens mucous.

A cough SUPPRESSANT works by calming the cough reflex in the brain. While it's not wise to stop a cough that produces colored phlegm (colored phlegm has bacteria in it), suppressants can relieve a dry, hacking unproductive cough. Suppressants are also helpful when you're exhausted from coughing and need to sleep. DEXTRMETHORPHAN (DM) is the most common active ingredient in nonprescription suppressants. Dextromethorphan has come under attack as not being effective in suppressing coughs. There is research on both sides of the issue, some that support it and others that recommend avoiding dextromethorphan. I personally have not found it effective in suppressing my coughs. Perhaps the very best cough suppressant is one which contains codeine. Codeine can be helpful as a nighttime cough remedy because it has a slight sedative effect on the central nervous system. It is available by prescription only.

Something to consider... since so many manufacturers now combine cough medicines with many other medicines, such as Tylenol for pain, a nasal decongestant, and/or an anti-histamine, I think it is wise to select a cough medicine that has ONLY the ingredients that are appropriate for your symptoms. That way you're not wasting your money on unnecessary ingredients, you spare yourself unnecessary side effects, and you're getting only the medication that your body needs.

Woke up a couple weeks back with what I thought was just the beginning of a bad cold; you know the symptoms stuffy nose/sinuses full of 'gunk' and a persistant cough... didnt actually feel 'sick', but knew something was 'brewing'. I've seen the commercials for Mucinex that have been running lately, so, before I went to work that morning I stopped & picked a box up. I took 2 every 12 hours for about a week, and, I have to admit, this stuff really does work; My cough eased up A LOT, especially at night when it seemed to be at its worst, and, all of the 'gunk' in my sinuses really 'thinned out'. Needless to say, though, I did end up going to the doctor since the symptoms were still there. (hey, I'm a typical guy, and its truewe never like to admit we're sick even though we are.) After listening to my chest & checking me out, he told me that I had Bronchitis, BUT, that taking the Mucinex daily had kept it from being/getting MUCH worse he also told me to KEEP taking it until I was better which I have. ( * A Note I had Bronchitis about 4 years ago & it was GOD AWFUL that's why I'm convinced that the Mucinex does work; I never once felt really 'bad/awful' this time & like I said, and my doctor confirmed, it was probably from taking this stuff on a regular/continual basis NEEDLESS TO SAY, THOUGH!, If your symptoms DONT go away, GO AND SEE A DOCTOR!

I'm not one for taking meds/pills at the slightest sign of a cold. In fact, I usually try to tough it out. However, last year, I had a bad cold that just would not quit. The worst part was my cough and the congestion I felt both in my throat and in my sinuses and nose. Just about all other symptoms went away except for this. So, I decided I'd give this a try. The results were outstanding.

I know that other reviewers state that combining both an expectorant and cough suppressant doesn't make sense, but I beg to differ. These symptoms often appear at the same time and Mucinex DM quickly thins out the mucous regardless of whether its in your throat or in your nose. It makes it easier to cough up the nasty stuff, you just won't have the urge to cough over and over and over again. It works very fast and the whole time-release thing is a definite plus. I've only ever taken one pill at a time (see the beginning of my review), but I assume if things were really bad you could follow the directions on the label and try taking two every twelve hours. In any case, this stuff works for me. I highly recommend it! Just make sure you stay hydrated. It makes everything work better (the meds and your body).

I have been taking the regular Mucinex for years whenever I need it with great success. I had a cold last year and decided to try the Mucinex DM for my cough, I became very jittery and felt like I was having a panic attack, I was up all night, had chills, very thirsty and the fluids were running right through me plus some. By the time I went to the doctor the medication had run it's course. My doctor told me he does not like DM in anything (not sure what DM is, but I won't use it anymore). I continue to use the regular Mucinex, it helps with colds and problems with allergy triggered asthma. This is the best otc medication out there, but not the DM. I found out my best friend had the same exact experience with the Mucinex DM as I did.

Want Mucinex DM, Expectorant and Cough Suppressant Discount?

My wife suggested Mucinex after I developed a post-flu cough that kept me up at night. This stuff allowed me to sleep. Then I ran out of it and went to the store to get some more, but it is expensive, so I bought some cough syrup instead with the same active ingredients--dextromethorphan and guaifenesin. Well, I just compared the potency of the Mucinex with the cough syrup. 12-hour Mucinex has 60mg dextromethorphan and 1200 mg guaifenesin per tablet; the 4-hour cough syrup only has 10mg dextromethorphan and 100 mg guaifenesin per 2 tsp dose. In other words, the Mucinex has six times the dextromethorphan and 12 times the guaifenesin as the cough syrup. Even adjusting for the time difference (12 hours for Mucinex and 4 hours for the cough syrup), the Mucinex is much more powerful. No wonder it works. I don't know how they get away with packing such a punch in the Mucinex.

Biogenesis Nutraceuticals Liposomal Melatonin Drops -- 2 fl oz

Biogenesis Nutraceuticals Liposomal Melatonin Drops -- 2 fl ozThe nutritionist at my Chiropractors office had me try this after she learned I had not found a Melatonin pill that helped me fall asleep. This product worked for me. My circadian rhythm is back on track.

After 4 years of insomnia it is wonderful to be able to fall asleep at a reasonable hour. I'm still on a prescription sleep aid to stay asleep, but until I used these drops even sleep aids, including Ambian, didn't help me fall asleep. Between this and Restoril, I'm sleeping through the night, waking up mentally and physically rejuvenated. For those of us with sleep problems it is a Godsend to find the combination that works.

The taste is a little like a sweet orange so it was very easy to get in the habit of using these drops. I usually take the drops and my prescriptions at 10pm and am ready to sleep somewhere around midnight which is within my lifelong pattern.

Integrative Therapeutics - Cortisol Manager 30 tabs

Integrative Therapeutics - Cortisol Manager 30 tabsI have had a severe mold toxicity for the last few years. My cortisol levels were high, and I would often wake up in the middle of the night and not be able to go back to sleep. My doctor prescribed Cortisol Manager. It addressed both the clinical level of my cortisol, and helped me sleep through the night. Unfortunately, I do feel "drugged" in the morning when I first wake up, but it passes pretty quickly.

the truth is this...these work. my homeopath prescribed them to me after 2 years of postpartum depression, adrenal fatigue and a lifetime of sleep issues. i do not use pharmaceuticals drugs and am so happy that ive found something natural (and from a strong trustworthy company, my homeopath does her research) that works. with one, i sleep. with two, i can fall back to sleep after being woken a number of times by a 2 year old (which means i wake to his cries, and go back to bed even after being up for several minutes at a time). i do feel a little groggy in the morning, but i believe they are meant for an 8 hour night of sleep. AND a perk to this is that i have noticed i am more calm, happy and able to handle the day. thank you earth for providing the herbs we need to thrive and thank you to this company for delivering them to me in a neat little, easy to swallow pill =)

Clearin ~3 Bottles 60 Capsules per Bottle~ All New Natural Acne Treatment Best Selling Adult Acne Tr

Clearin ~3 Bottles 60 Capsules per Bottle~ All New Natural Acne Treatment Best Selling Adult Acne TreatmentI've had acne since I was 10 years old. It started out with a bunch of small pimples all over my face. My parents took me to a dermatologist. I think I have seriously used every ace product out there. OTC and prescription but the acne just kept getting worse as I got older. At 19 I was prescribed accutane and that worked wonderful. 3 years later I started breaking out again. By this time I was an Aesthetician and thought I could cure it with expensive product. It helped enough that could wear alot of makeup and it would look okay. I switched birthcontrol and my skin just errupted. They wouldn't give me accutane bc I'm getting married and am in child bearing years. (very dangerous drug) I thought, "I'm 23 years old, it's time for this to stop." I tried Pantothenic acid, helped but not the results I wanted. Then I came across this product and my life (and skin) have seriously changed FOREVER. The first month I noticed a small change: my acne didnt break out as bad when I got my period. SO I kept taking it. The next month I didnt have ONE break out on my face. Then came the real test: switching my birthcontrol. It's been 2 weeks since I switched my birthcontrol and I don't even FEEL like I'm going to get a pimple. It takes a month or two but stick with it and Clearin will change your life.

Sleep Essentials 60 Caps

Sleep Essentials 60 CapsThis product has 3 mg of Melatonin which is a sleep inducing hormone naturally produced in the body. Taking one tablet 30 minutes before retiring will give the "yawns" by bedtime. I only use it when I am "wired" and know I will not be able to get to sleep. It has worked for me 90% of the time which for me is a 5-star product. It is not habit forming and will not give a hangover effect the next morning.

I've had lots of trouble sleeping and have relied on prescription pills, but decided to try these. I've always found Swanson products very consistently good. I now rarely need the prescription. I was also encouraged to take magnesium, which I find enhances the quality of my sleep. This is inexpensive and worth a try. Remember all the good sleep habits, too: dark, quiet room, don't have liquids after 7-8p, listen to soothing music or book on tape, warm bath, try to be regular in bedtime and waking, etc.

Grind Guard - Relieves Symptoms Associated with Teeth Grinding

Grind Guard - Relieves Symptoms Associated with Teeth GrindingUpdated review: I will shortly be purchasing my third one of these guards. It is still cheaper than paying hundreds at the dentist and having the custom guard only last a couple of months longer than these. I have also been shopping around for other DIY guards, and this one is the best deal that I have found. Your experience, of course, may vary -if you don't like this style or the material, perhaps. Sometimes it takes more tries to get the fit right. But in my opinion, it's still a good deal, and it beats grinding. Now, back to my original review...

This is my second do-it-yourself grind guard (I tried the "Dental Hygiene" one first). Before that I have had over twenty years of the custom kind from the dentist, but they just got too expensive and my most recent one wore out too quickly.

The little tab on this one is an interesting feature. You hold it by the tab to dunk it in the hot water for shaping, and then lift it out (and the hot water runs off -it's the water, not the guard, that can burn you at this stage). After you have molded it to your satisfaction, you cut off the tab. I didn't get a smooth surface at the cut spot yet, but it's good enough, and it beat having to maneuver it with tongs.

This guard seems to be a firmer "plastic" than the other one I tried, and I have hope that perhaps it will last longer. It took two tries, then I got a very good fit and it stays on well.

I do prefer the retainer style, that I got from my first dentist way back when, but I haven't had another opportunity to get one of them.

Good luck.

My $500. night guard from my dentist just gave out so I bought this grind guard. I love it. it fits perfectly. It's softer than my dentist's model which is better for all my grinding.

I have a small mouth and this product works for me. When I first opened the package I thought there was no way that this would work but once I trimmed it and boiled it I was surprised! This fits quite comfortably. I am able to close my mouth around it which I couldn't with another guard that I bought that was much more expensive. I like the rounded edges nothing boxey in my mouth. I can't believe this quality and comfort for such a small price.

Read Best Reviews of Grind Guard - Relieves Symptoms Associated with Teeth Grinding Here

I grind my teeth pretty badly and the guard that I've been using until now is the "Dental Hygiene Preferred", and I have been happy with it. However, I decided to try the Archtek one because it's cheaper and I had yet to try another brand. That was a bad choice. I'm writing this review in the morning after the third night of using it and my tooth on the right side of my mouth hurts from grinding it. This grind guard is too hard. What's more, it doesn't fit nearly as well, although I have used the "Hygiene Preferred" guard for about a year now and have never had any trouble getting a good fit with any of those guards. I suspect that this one didn't mold completely because it is too wide. I do realize that part of the problem may be simply that it fits my mouth differently and that I am grinding more instinctively because of this foreign object in my mouth, but I feel like I'm having more trouble transitioning to this guard than I did to my very first grind guard.

The bottom line is, I can't wait until my order of "Hygience Preferred" grind guards comes in and I can throw away my current one. My attempt to save some money has turned into waste. Oh well.

Some smaller points of comparison between Archtek and "Hygiene Preferred":

-Archtek's seems to be harder. I have pointed out that this makes my teeth hurt. It is also possible that it will make the guard last longer, although for the sake of my poor teeth I'm not going to experiment with it long enough to find out.

-Archtek's has the tab in front. Yes, this is convenient for holding it in the water, but I had no problem using a spoon in the past. It is, however, very difficult to smooth once you've cut it--there's still a rough part on mine. I will admit that this didn't bother me as much as I thought it would, though--I guess I had enough to be bothered about without that.

-Archtek's extends all the way to the back of my teeth. I think that I have a bigger mouth than average, so I could see it extending too far for some people. They suggest cutting it if you have a smaller mouth, but I can't imagine that this would work any smoother than cutting their tab. Hygiene's, on the other hand, misses a couple of my teeth on either side. This is not a problem, though--you still can't grind those teeth against each other because of the gap. I think that this is part of what made Hygiene's easier to mold to my teeth.

-Yes, Archtek's has a slightly fancier case with a mirror in it. If you actually care about that, then I guess you'd better buy Archtek. Ironically, their case is slightly too small for their over-sized guard (see above point) and would actually fit Hygiene's guard better. Maybe, once my Hygience's guards come in, I'll at least use Archtek's case.

In short, I only have one brand to compare it to, but Archtek comes short in almost every way. Slightly cheaper, but horrible value--especially if you're like me and want to throw it away after your third use.

I've had this mouthguard for about two weeks now and I have to say its the best one I've used so far (I've tried many store-bought and online brands). It was easy to use, with that tab in the front and I tend to grind me teeth heavily at night so this has been a good product. The only drawback I would say is that it doesn't allow ventilation, like some of the other mouth guards I've used in the past. So sometimes, I feel stifled but thats just a preference. Overall it is a great product.

I was excited to try this product after seeing the reviews and knowing that I potentially could get a lot out of it. Boy was I wrong. The first couple days went smooth, didn't notice a difference. The third day I forgot to take it with breakfast and took it about an hour later... BIG mistake! I end up having the worst stomach ache of my life and then threw up for 20 minutes. Dry heaves and everything. I vowed to not make that mistake again. Well, today I remembered to take it with my breakfast and still, a horrible stomach pain and my mouth watering a ton. I didn't up throwing up, but I couldn't get off the couch for at least an hour. Needless to say, I returned this product. It did nothing for me, but make me sick. I don't have a weak stomach and haven't thrown up for almost 15 years if that tells you anything. Be careful!

Unfortunately, I cannot tell whether or not this supplement was responsible for my improvements by itself since it was a part of an entire group of supplements which I began using at the same time. L'Oreal Paris EverStrong Overnight Treatment, 3.4-Fluid Ounce

L'Oreal Paris EverStrong Overnight Treatment, 3.4-Fluid OunceI have long, fine hair that tends to get dry. Only recently have I been really committed to keeping my hair healthy; I want to try growing my hair out really long! I use frequent deep conditioners, leave-in treatments and try to use heat-stylers as infrequently as possible. Not gonna lie, this product got my attention because of Evangeline Lily (I'm a big Lostie!) I thought I'd give the shampoo and conditioner a try, and they were ok, but not the best. THIS, however! If you are trying to give your hair a big boost of moisture and health, do yourself a favor and give the overnight treatment a try. Here were the best things I noticed about it:

1. My ends felt so soft and healthy after one night that I changed my mind about needing to go for a haircut. If you're trying to grow out your hair, you want to get as few cuts as possible, right? Here you goadd a few months of growing between cuts.

2. My hair actually felt heavier, even after washing and drying the next day. I could literally tell the difference in moisture absorbed by weight! It meant a noticeable difference in flyaways, and my fine hair still felt styled hours after I was done drying it.

3. I was very skeptical about how a product this intense wouldn't feel oily, but it really doesn't. I put the product in my hair a few hours before bed, but it was totally absorbed in minutesa little bit of a "gunked up" feeling while the product was actually on, but not oily. I just put my hair in a braid to keep it out of the way, and to not feel 'unbathed.'

I will say that you'll probably need more than the recommended 1-2 pumps. My hair is long enough that I can tuck it under my arms, and I use between 6-8 pumps. Otherwise, nothing but good to say about this awesome product! Enjoy your new hair!

I admit I purchased this product to try out and didn't have super high expectations despite the reviews. I tried it the first night expecting that it would be greasy, leave residue on my pillow, make me uncomfortable while I slept and then disappoint me in the morning. Boy! Was I in for a NICE surprise! My hair is processed and was very dry so I ended up using four pumps because the first two just seemed to get sucked into my hair that quick. My hair DID NOT feel oily or greasy at all which really surprised me. The product had a pleasant coconut fragrance which is one of my favorites. I slept like a baby and there was no residue on my pillow. The next day my hair felt so silky. It made the biggest single difference of any product I have used in years besides my "It's A 10-miracle leave in product" which I use to mitigate heat damage while styling my hair. I think L'Oreal has another really BIG WINNER with their EverStrong Overnight Treatment. An added benefit: I didn't rinse my hands after applying the overnight product. Instead, I rubbed it in like a hand lotion and went to bed. My hands felt nice and soft too and were not the least bit greasy.

I purchased and started using this approximately 3 weeks ago. I apply it every night before going to bed. The results have been spectacular. I had a bad hair dye incident a few months ago which resulted in lots of split ends and breakage. After using this product I find that I have less split ends and my hair is a lot smoother. Also, a lot less breakage. Although this is somewhat pricey for its size, I will definitely purchase this again.

I have long, fine hair that was once very thick. Due to improper hair care, and bad hair habits I tend to "shed" a lot. I purchased this product hoping it would help with the split ends I have because of over use with heated styling tools. Although it has not helped my split ends, it has made my hair look very shiny and munch more manageable in the mornings. Additionally my hair is shedding less.

I have a VERY difficult time working this through my hair to get an even application on split ends and damaged hair. The product tends to glob and concentrate in certain sections, which does not allow for easy or even treatment of the effected areas.

I was a classic too-manly-for-hair-care male until I recently resolved (out of either vanity or self-respect, or maybe both) to start attending more carefully to my health/appearance/grooming. Hair is, of course, at the front line of that battle, so I interrogated some professional hair people and did some Internet browsing and learned that hair care is only partly a matter of what products you use. Healthy hair is also the result of things like drinking water and eating right and avoiding excessive sun or heat. Hair is, in fact, the most reliable indicator of whether a person is healthy. (See the Wikipedia page on "hair care," for starters.) And I learned that when it comes to hair products, I should look for ones that say "hydrating." (This as opposed to "moisturizing," which merely gives the appearance of hydration.) That's because hydrated hair is pretty much what healthy hair *is.*

I then spent a decent (if not ridiculous) amount of time browsing Amazon's hydrating hair products and reading the reviews, and then I experimented with 5 different, relatively inexpensive products.

The bottom line is that none of the 5 products are magical but I have noticed a mild to moderate improvement in shine, darkness, and thickness. (If you have recommendations for a near-magical product, I'm counting on you to let me know.) Given what I've seen from the different products, I will probably settle into a routine of using a small amount of the Frieda shampoo and conditioner daily, and then using an overnight treatment maybe once a month (but probably not this one).

That doesn't mean I recommend (or don't) any of these products for you. Another thing I learned while researching hair is that we are all unique little flowers with very different filaments on our noggins that respond differently to different things. So rather than recommending a particular product, I recommend that you do some trials and see what works for you.

Below is a detailed review of each product.

* L'Oreal EverStrong Overnight Treatment (My rating: 2.5 stars) (Current price: $1.76/ounce) I have only used it a few times but haven't noticed anything magical. You apply it to dry hair at night, work it through the ends, and then sleep with your hair in a mildly goopy state. I didn't check carefully, but I would be surprised if your hair doesn't leave a mark on your pillowcase. And it takes a lot of goop, even for a guy with reasonably short hair like me. Maybe it would be worth it if it gave my hair a brilliant luster or thickness, but it doesn't seem to do much at all, at least not above what the shampoo and conditioner are already doing. I am unlikely to get it again.

* John Frieda Frizz-Ease Shampoo (4.3 stars) ($0.60/ounce) It works noticeably better than my old shampoo (Aussie Smooth). With this shampoo, my hair stays wet after a shower about 40% longer and it retains a subtle moisture all day. After a shower, when I comb my wet hair, I can hardly even feel it because there is so little resistance against the comb. In other words, my hair becomes a weird combination of wet and airy. The shampoo seems to work best when I leave it in for a minute or two before rinsing. I only need to use about a nickel-sized amount (I have medium-to-shaggy hair). It has a scent that is a little too much like a household cleaning product, but it's a faint smell and goes away after the shower.

* John Frieda Frizz-Ease Conditioner (3.8 stars) ($0.54/ounce) If the shampoo does most of the moisturizing "work," then the conditioner seems kind of like the sealant to lock it in and protect it all day, and to make your hair more "manageable." This conditioner does that job well enough but I only use a little bit of it because it makes my hair a little too helmet-y for my liking. Maybe you like that from a conditioner--I don't. I prefer that my hair move in the breeze. This conditioner would probably have a more desirable effect for people with long (at least shoulder-length) hair. As for the scent, I would describe it as "neutral."

* L'Oreal Everstrong Conditioner (3.2 stars) ($0.66/ounce) This seems to have the same effect as the Frieda conditioner, except that it makes my hair even slightly more helmet-y. Also, it has an initially-strong scent that faintly lingers in my hair all day, even when I only use a dime-sized amount. It's a smell that I would describe as endurable but not pleasant.

* Paul Mitchell leave-in conditioner (3.0 stars) ($1.03/ounce) My second-biggest complaint with this product is that it is sort of annoying to apply after the shower, you have to dab a few blotches of it onto your damp hair and then brush it through. My biggest complaint is that it doesn't seem to be doing anything beyond what the other conditioners do. It works well enough and makes my hair nice and dark and helmet-y but so do the other conditioners. Plus, I don't think it's doing much to make my hair healthier because you only apply it to the end of the hair and not to the scalp. That means it also requires a good amount of the blue gel to work it through all of your hair.

---

P.S. Many of these same products are probably available at your local Wal-Mart (or whatever), and probably for a 10-25% lower price.

P.P.S. A couple years ago, I experimented with using no hair products at all... for months. I had read some caveman-y theories about how hair products damage our hair because they crowd out the natural moisturizing chemicals and blah blah. All I can say is that it didn't work for me. It's true that my hair during those months was surprisingly less nappy and gross than I expected, and it's maybe even true that the artificial chemicals we put on our scalps have some serious, unwelcome consequences, but all I can say is that I much prefer how my hair looks and feels after it's been shampooed, to the point that I'm willing to take whatever risks those chemicals may pose.

Dream Essentials Inflatable Travel Pillow, Black

Dream Essentials Inflatable Travel Pillow, BlackI bought this inflatable pillow -two actuallyfor a hiking trip, so we used them in the bus, as a travel pillow, and then tried it as a traditional pillow during 5 nights, since we couldn't carry much items to our extreme hiking trip and would be using tents and sleeping bags. This said, I inflated-deflated the pillows about 5 times, since we'd sleep at a different location each day. It was veeery comfortable!

It was easy to inflate and deflate, and very secure. Even if the 'cap' loosens while you're sleeping, it won't deflate, since you have to press the tube with your fingers in order to deflate it (like turning the opening from round to oval). It's really easy to fold after you deflate it, so you can store it in its little 'bag'.

I'll love using it for plane trips, since I was never keen to buy a traditional travel pillow because of the hassle of carrying it all the way, but this is really easy to store in my own purse.

The material is nice and soft, and seems durable.

It was a wonderful purchase for me!

I used the inflatable travel pillow on my trip to China, using it both ways because I was so happy with how it felt around my neck and the portion that extends down the neck. I could position my head several ways because of that extention. Over all I was extremely pleased.

This pillow is definitely comfortable and did a good job of helping us sleep on a red-eye, but BOTH of the ones we ordered popped after the first use (April 2011). The seal around the edges is not very strong, so it burst. I have yet to try any sort of epoxy to re-seal it. While it's a good pillow, I can't very well give it anything but one star if it's only one-time-use.

This pillow is light weight, it folds into a small portable size for packing, and it is durable. I use it on all of my travels.

I could not get this pillow to inflate. It came with no inflation instructions, and blowing in it did nothing. I tried poking it with an ice pick to make a hole. That did nothing. I thought of sending it back, but given the difference between my postage cost and the cost of the pillow, it hardly seemed worthwhile. I would not advise anyone to purchase it.Dream Essentials Inflatable Travel Pillow

Equate - Sleep Aid 50 mg, Maximum Strength, 96 Softgels (Compare to Unisom)

Equate - Sleep Aid 50 mg, Maximum Strength, 96 SoftgelsI'm 5'11" and ~190 lbs. After taking one of the 50 mg. tablets I'll start to feel drowsy after about 30-45 mins. After about 60-90 minutes it will take full effect (as in I'll feel like I haven't slept in about 24 hours). I don't usually feel much in the way of residual effects (i.e. morning drowsiness). Although it will take me a little longer to get going in the morning; it usually wears off after a couple of hours. One thing I have noticed though is I feel more dehydrated than usual in the morning, but that could just be me. Regardless, based on the cost and effectiveness; I recommend this product.

Product works great and I have bought it before, will continue to buy. Worst part is that they do not ship to APO/AE, so the product had to be shipped to the states then shipped overseas.

I use these all the time. They work JUST as well as unisom does, and you get probably 6 times the amount for the price. Do not hesitate. it works!

ACE Plantar Fasciitis Sleep Support

ACE Plantar Fasciitis Sleep SupportThis night support does everything it is advertised to do at a third the price of many others. It's easily adjusted and stays secure through the night. I wear size US 10.5 shoes and this is just the right size. I have a slim build and am 5' 11" tall. I can see where an unusually large calf muscle would make the adjustment of the upper strap difficult or impossible.

This was the worst splint ever! I could never get it to fit right on my foot. The leg strap was right where my calf started to get bigger, so I could never get it even. It was always too tight at the top of the strap and too loose at the bottom. I am a restless sleeper, so it constantly was falling off because I couldn't get the straps right. The only positive I can say is that it did get me through the worst two days of my flareup, but after a week of using it, it felt like it was completely bent out of shape and I felt worse in the morning for having worn it. I do NOT recommend this splint at all!

no pain in the morning to my relief, comfortable all night, no slipping, I have a thin leg, but for someone with larger calf this wont fit unless they sew extenders with Velcro onto the calf strap...

Ended up buying this at Walgreens because the pain from plantar fasciitis was bothering me and I wanted something right away. I've used it only one night so far. After the first use I had a pain free morning but the pain returned by evening. Prior to using the brace I would wake up with pain and sometimes not be able to sleep because of the pain. I've already experienced benefits from this brace after the one use. I think however the design isn't the most ideal. If I had to buy this device again I might go for something that either wrapped lower around my ankle or higher up on my calf. Where this brace rests on my calf it can slip down a bit loosening the stretch and I think a firmer stretch on my foot would be more comfortable. Having the heel open is a nice feature. Definitely give this or another brace a try if you have plantar fasciitis. I did try doing some foot stretches that target the plantar fasciitis. The stretches helped a bit but I think the brace gives quicker and longer relief than the different foot stretches.

This did not really help.

It was constantly slipping down my leg and foot.

In order to get it to stay in place. I had to tighten it to the point where I was not able to wear it longer than 1 hour. Wish I never bought it.

SSG Blindfolds

SSG BlindfoldsI bought these to use for a game in the pep rally at school. The product fit high school students perfectly and kept them from "cheating" at the game. Very comfortable on and well made. I was very pleased with the quality and would purchase again if we are in need.

Pros: These are very well made blindfolds for games. They have a piece that fits over the nose to block those downward peekers as well.

Cons: Does not fit over glasses. You will have to have someone hold the glasses if the participant has glasses.

Great for team building / leadership development.

These blindfolds are being used as part of sensory activities with Alzheimers patients. They are soft and pliable and surpass my expectations as far as quality is concerned. The straps have velcro so they are held in place snugly, but the straps tend to be too short for the men in the group. Otherwise, they are well worth the $$.

SnoreEzzz Snore Reduction Pillow

SnoreEzzz Snore Reduction PillowBeware of this company, I ended up with 4 charges on my credit card for 2 pillows that were flat in less than a month. I was charged 2 charges in the first month and 2 more charges appeared 2 months later for the same pillows. According to the website the cost for the pillows should have been covered by the amount paid on the first 2 charges but when I called the company I was very rudely told that this was the second charge and that they would not be refunding any money to me. These 2 standard size pillows that are very poorly made ended up costing me over $200 that they refuse to refund. Buyer beware!

The pillow does the job for us. My husband rarely snores now and it has really helped with my sleep. He even travels with the SnoreEzzz pillow. We are really happy with the construction. We got the deluxe pillow and the fill is really soft and nice. The foam supports the back of the neck. I went back to order a pillow case after I ordered the pillow. You really need the case because regular cases do not fit the pillow. It is too deep.

After countless times of my gf telling me that I snore, I felt really bad. Did everything I could after researching about snoring on the internet. Tried to lose weight (hard if you are a lazy person like me, not too active, and busy with work), used to but stopped drinking alcoholic beverages (red wine) at night before I sleep, kept myself hydrated. All that didn't seem to work. So my gf had to buy ear plugs, keep them close to her or under her pillow and put them on when my snore was loud and kept her up for the night. Now everytime I wake up in the morning and see that she had earplugs on, it made me feel bad big time. I always end up apologizing but that didn't make any diffrence at all. So one day I was browsing the internet and then up came snorezzz pillow. I was skeptic at first but decided I couild always give it a try and return it if i was not happy.

1st night This pillow takes getting used too, I didn't use the cheap pillow that they included but still it may be extremely uncomfortable since your head may not be positioned how you are used to sleeping. But someone I guess I was tired enough that after 30 minutes of laying i bed I fell asleep. Woke up the next morning and saw that my gf had no put on her earplugs. Surprised as I was, I still asked my gf when she woke up if i had snored. She said that I did, BUT that the snore was not as loud as before and was tolerable. Still that didnt seem like it eliminated my snoring issue but I was going to test it out a couple of more times before passing judgement on this item.

2nd night same thing, took a while to get to sleep but once i did and woke up, my gf said she didnt not wake in the middle of the night. So I guess I cant say I didn't snore but so fare it is a good start. Will update my review once I use this more often.

DON'T EVEN TRY TO PURCHASE THIS WASTE OF TIME. My husband still snores, says that its very uncomfortable and the pillow became flat after only one night's use. Don't make the mistake of purchasing this item in the first place because by returning it, you end up still having to pay a good 50 dollars out of your pocket at the end of the process. Money back guarantee my a@@!!

I've had this pillow for several month. Should have returned it , but really thought it might have helped. The top pillow is certainly not good quality. It feels like all the material is lumpy. Each night I have to punch it in various spots to try and even it out. I sleep on my back so the neck position seems to be OK, but it certainly does nothing to stop my snoring. The special pillow case is a joke. It is so thin as to be useless. The only thing that seems to be OK about the pillow is that i makes a nice nest for my cat to sleep in.

Aveeno Active Naturals Intense Relief Overnight Cream-7.3 oz (Pack of 3)

Aveeno Active Naturals Intense Relief Overnight Cream-7.3 ozI really liked this moisturizer. It didn't tingle or burn when I applied it. And I woke up with soft skin. I have very sensitive skin that is also very dry. Normally other lotions, tingle when i put them on, and disappear overnight, leaving me with dry skin by morning. If that's you, try this lotion. Note: it really is an overnight cream. I tried using it during the day and it was too heavy. My clothes didn't slide on very easily with it on, esp the jeans. I'm gonna have to try their day cream.

NightWave Sleep Assistant

Nightwave Sleep Assistant Nw-102 Sleep Assistant - Original VersionNightWave Sleep Assistant As a former airline pilot who has lived a life of jet lag and interrupted circadian rhythm, I was very interested to hear of and try the NightWave. This product works in 3 ways: it projects a soft, slowly pulsing blue light which, 1) draws your mental focus, to the exclusion of unwanted distracting thoughts, and, 2) acts as a cue for breathing slowly, monotonously, from the diaphragm, which slows you physically. The third effect is, 3) it hypnotically lulls you asleep with your eyes open. As it slowly grows dimmer and brighter, the light tells your brain your eyelids are drooping closed you really can't tell the difference until they really are. It tricks your brain! Has a 7 minute cycle that auto shuts off. The 25 minute cycle I've never tried, nor needed. I've also heard that this device has been clinically demonstrated to lower blood pressure. I have bought a NightWave for all my relatives. It's that good.

Last year, I started having a lot of trouble sleeping. When my head hit the pillow, my mind would start reviewing the to-do list that got longer every day. After too many sleepless nights, it began to feel like I was just too tired to fall sleep.

Nothing helped. A therapist/friend told me about the NightWave, and I gave it a try even though I didn't have much hope left.

When I turned on the NightWave that first night, I watched its soft, blue light reflecting on my ceiling. As the light grew larger and smaller, I felt my breathing start to calm down and my eyes getting sleepy. I dozed off but woke up again after a few minutes. It didn't seem to be working for me, but I gave it one more try. I turned it on again and again watched the calming blue light grow large and small and felt my breathing fall into the same easy rhythm. Next thing I knew; it was morning! I'd had my first good night's sleep in months.

After three weeks of peaceful nights, it felt like my body's rhythms were reset.

When my granddaughter came to visit us, she was nervous that first night and had trouble settling down. I turned on my soft, blue light for her, and we both relaxed and fell asleep.

Now that I'm sleeping again, I've had enough energy left over to pursue a lifelong dream. I've writen a series of books for other grandparents to read to their grandchildren. Someday (soon) I hope to have those books here on Amazon.com too.

NightWave helped me to have sweet dreams day and night.

Since having an accident which resulted in constant pain, I have had a constant problem falling and staying asleep. I had used a sound machine to help, but the results were not consistant. The Nightwave unit works very well for me. When I first tried it, I used the long program, but I found that I did not need it. I use the short program and find that I fall asleep very quickly. If I wake up during the night, I have found that if I just use the Nightwave breathing techniques, without moving and turning the unit back on, I am able to fall back asleep. After going without a good night's sleep for almost 4 years, the Nightwave Sleep Assistant has been wonderful. If you have trouble sleeping, try the Nightwave Sleep Assistant. It sure works for me.

I have been dealing with insomnia most of my adult life and try as I may I have yet to resolve this issue. I read many of the reviews for the Nightwave Sleep Assistant and based on the more positives than negatives, I decided to give this gadget a try. There are many positive reviews that can explain what works about his unit so I'll keep this brief by explaining what I think they could improve:

* The speed, especially as I began to relax further, was too fast and I could not keep the one pace steady without adjusting my breath constantly which in the end was distracting and uncomfortable. Since people's metabolic rates are all different, they could have the pace adjustable within a healthy, restful range to accommodate a slightly slower or faster pace. Pacing control, with simple up/down arrows on either side of a center position "on" button would be a great, useable feature.

* An even better upgrade would be additional controls via a screen so you can change modes in the dark if your session times out or if you happen to wake up and need to restart a session. This box appears to be made on a *very* small budget and I'd feel better about the $50 price I paid if it were reflected better in the components.

* The time out/off settings could be longer; at times it has taken me literally hours to fall asleep and I had a hard time relaxing knowing I needed to "beat the clock" to fall asleep or it would shut off. A one hour setting would be helpful.

* I knew when I bought it that the unit requires your eyes open to follow the light but now in hindsight after trying the unit it seems less of a good idea; I have since found that there are eye masks that have a blue blinking light built in that *may* have the same effect as the Nightwave even with the eyes closed. I haven't tried a mask version yet because of the issue I had with keeping an imposed pace of breathing.

Unfortunately this unit in its current form did not work well for me.

After going through shoulder surgery recently, I needed to get off the pain pills that were very additive, although they helped me get a good nights sleep. I didn't want to use over the counter sleeping pills, they become less effective over time. I came across this product doing an internet search. Although I thought the price to be somewhat high for something that just emits light, I was desperate to get a good nights sleep. I have now conditioned myself, it's as if my mind sees the light and knows it's time to sleep. But because I'm in pain, there have been times where I've awaken at night, so I just turn it on and usually I'm sleeping again. I like that fact that this product is silent, turns off automatically, and is portable, battery operated, no wires. For those who want more information, NightWave has a website, and they are on YouTube. This isn't a magic pill, I'm sure it will not work for everyone, but it's been a great help to me personally. Good Luck and Good Night!!
