I am unsure if this would work on someone with extreme anxiety and stress...but this helped me get through my hectic days at work and not have as many panic attacks when things went not as expected. Be warned...this much B vitamins does make your pee look like you swallowed a yellow highlighter, but I think it's a fair tradeoff for not going crazy! Just wish it was a little less expensive!
