Melatonin 3 mg by Biochem - 90 Tablets

I've taken melatonin supplements before at bigger doses than this 5mg from CVS. I didn't really feel anything, but when I took Country Life's 3mg quick release the cheapest brand at Whole Foods it hit me like 4-5 Benadryl would a normal person. I'm a moderately nervous/anxious type of person, but it was definitely bedtime for me after I first tried this.

Have worked the nightshift for 30 years (Baker) and have used over the counter sleeping pills for about the same amount of time. Decided to get off these meds and try something else. These work great! I take two about 30 minutes before bed and am sleeping as well as I ever have without the side effects of sleeping pills. hope this helps someone in the same boat.

It does help me fell asleep faster, but I'm not sure if it's really the effect of melatonin, or maybe it's just placebo. Currently there's no medical evidence that it really works.
