I never thought to come to Amazon for this stuff, but I'm looking now because I've just learned it's been discontinued. I don't know what I'm going to do. It works for me. I've used it for years. I don't use three sprays as the directions say, just a 'little' bit of a spritz, just enough to get a drop in the back of my throat, is all it takes. A tiny amount as long as it hits the right spot, and not wasted on your cheek or tongue. So a bottle lasts me maybe 6 months. I did discover the hard way that you want to take a breath and close your throat so you don't inhale it.
