It's okay, but does not work as well as I though it would. The directions say to start with one, but I'd have to take 4 or 5 just to feel relaxed. Before I knew it the whole pack was gone. Not worth the cost. Rescue Remedy spray works so much better and is more cost efficient.

I have used this product in spray form for a couple of years with really good results. I decided to try the caps. They work just as well; however, they are so small for my hands I usually drop one and have a heck of a time finding it. They work!
