My girlfriend and I have been taking this for a long time now, and if we don't we feel the difference. Seriously, if you want something to help you get to sleep and dream away all night, this stuff works better than anything else that we have tried. Take it an hour before bedtime. I recommend it to all my friends.

Caution: If you are taking any anti-depression meds, ask your physician before taking this product--it contains valerian, which should NOT be taken with most anti-depression meds.

The product description does not indicate that it contains valerian, but when I received the product, I read the label which indicated that it does contain valerian. Rather than go through the headache of returning the product, I just tossed it in the trash.
