I have a job that can be very physically demanding at times, with long hours worked outside in varying climates. I love this stuff nothing stops my migraines faster. A neurologist told me years ago to take magnesium for headaches. This bottle is tiny, I would recommend getting a larger bottle. I keep one of these at home, one in the car and one at work. If I mix a couple of teaspoons in water an awful migraine can be gone in less than 30 minutes. I had been thinking about buying one for a while. Finally I got my first and it was amazing. I decided to go topless since day 1 and yes, it hurt but it works! I've been using compoz for a few months now. I was skeptical so i never expected it to work, but about an hour after taking my first pill i couldn't fight the sleep anymore and passed out.
This is the best, least expensive day lotion on the market not greasy, an excellent moisturizer under makeup BUT, I've had a running dialog (via phone) with L'Oréal about the design of the pump dispenser. Sometimes the product dispenses easily; sometimes it dispenses in tiny drops; sometimes it doesn't dispense at all, but oozes out of the back of the red dispenser top. IF L'Oréal redesigns the dispenser pump, this is the best product, at the best value, available at ANY price far better than Olay's more expensive Pro-X products. What's the point of having a good product if you can't get it out of the container? I'll write a more positive review if/when L'Oréal improves the design of the dispenser.

I would LOVE to be able to try this product....however, I too am having problems with the dispenser. Received my lotion, took the new bottle out of its packaging, pumped the dispenser top, but not a drop of product dispensed! i got this cream only 2 days ago,so i can not say a lot about it. it smells great, it is not oily, though it consists of a lot of different oils. I have a low tolerance to meds. I use 1/2 tab if needed for stress release during the day. One at night to help with a good night sleep when needed. Effect seemed slightly longer lasting than Kava Yogi tea. Don't expect much if this is the only herbal supplement you take. It works well with things like St Johns wort, valerian root and siberian ginseng (Tension Tamer Tea). Also enhances effects of muscle relaxers/pain medication similar to caffeine, but with a depressant effect. Take it soon after eating; potency decreases if you eat after taking it.I was happily surprised by how well this Kava works. It really does let you relax and "switch off" so to speak. Works great for anxiety. Actually I was skeptical when I read that it works better than Rx anti-anxiety medicine but if you are looking for an alternative, even temporarily, it really does work as well (or a little better) than Rx's.
I was pretty skeptical about this product but was surprised when within 10 minutes of it's use I found myself starting to get greatly relaxed if not a little, drowsy. I have had problems with insomnia for years but when I use this product I tend to sleep deeper. It doesnt make me fall asleep right away but as soon as the annoying 30 minutes of buzzing stops I drift off faster than I ever have. I sleep so deeply too! That is what I most impresses with. I find that it does help to actually follow the directions and use it 30 before bedtime if your trying to get on a schedule, but now who thinks that far ahead? :) All the same this is a good product and the price, although a little steep for my taste, is reasonable for the final product. these earplugs are pretty comfortable & easy to insert. i wear them most every night & after a few months, the green pegs fall out, which is quite annoying. however, so far they're the best earplugs i've found for sleeping with a snoring partner (sound is not completely blocked, but muted).
