I had been thinking about buying one for a while. Finally I got my first and it was amazing. I decided to go topless since day 1 and yes, it hurt but it works! I mostly do the relaxation program which is >30min and most of the times I just fall asleep on it. I do feel more relaxed and rested. I gave the first one to my mom because she suffers from insomnia and chronic pain and she says it's the best gift she's ever been given. She also falls asleep on it when doing the relaxation techniques. 100% recommended :)
