I have used this product for 6 months. I wanted a non-addictive, all natural product to help me sleep through the night. This is great. No morning hangover. No crazy dreams. Just peaceful sleep. This product does not work for me. Perhaps you need to take it every night to get results, but at this price, I am not willing to do that.

The negative reviews complained that this didn't make them fall asleep. It's not as strong as, say, Somnatrol in inducing sleep, but nothing on the market is as helpful in maintaining a good night's sleep through the whole night. If your only problem is falling asleep, try something else. If you have also have trouble staying asleep, try Rest-aid, and if it's not strong enough to induce sleep, try one Somnatrol and one Rest-aid together. That's combination I use and it's very effective.
