Just the right dose in extended release. I felt like Goldilocks and the three bears trying to find the right dose that would not only help me fall asleep but also keep me there. 2 mg sustained release is similar to the European formula Circadum which requires a prescription there. I still wake up a few times but do fall back to sleep easily with this product.
