This is the best if you dislike taking pills. I'm so glad they are making gummies for adults. The taste is great, just keep in a cool dry place and eat away. Will purchase as I run low and out. The unhealthyness of this vitamin is the sugar content, which is 2g per serving , 3G of carbs, the first 2ingredients as in the vit c is , glucose syrup and sucrose. It doesn't matter what kind of sugar or where the sugar come from, your body doesn't know the difference it only knows that it's sugar.
