After many sleepless nights, I went to a naturapath who suggested these patches. He needed to find the right accupuncture point for me to place them but since the first time I have used them, I have had a 95% increase of a restful and full nights sleep. I do take magnesium at night as well, but thank you God for these sleep patches!!!!
I was asked to evaluate these at a relative's house. They have two poisons, belladonna and arsenic. I can find no reputable medical endorsement of this product and they are going into the garbage at this house.
