I can't believe Amazon is trying to sell this without saying what's in it. So here's the missing info:

Dextromethorphan HBr 20mg

Guaifenesin 400mg

Phenylephrine HCl 10mg

So that means it's a pretty powerful blast to attack cough and congestion. And it works. I don't even mind the taste; I don't find it unpleasant. Besides, it's not supposed to be candy, it's medicine. The taste reminds me of a prescription cough medicine I've had in the past.

I have to say it is a bit pricey, though. Still, it does work, and that's the one thing you want out of medicine.

I recently got sick coughing, scratchy throat, congestion, runny nose. I was glad to have this on hand. It works pretty well and lasted for a good 4 hours. What I hated was how horrible it tasted. I'm not bad w taking medicine, but this had the worst aftertaste that could not be rinsed away w/o proper brushing. The berry idea is horrible. I cringed after every next dosage and most likely wont buy it again, despite how well it worked.

My wife works at a grade school, which means that she brings home just about every illness that hits the area! This stuff tastes horrible, but it works great! The initial taste is not bad and resembles blue raspberry. However, the aftertaste is simply terrible and is 100% spot on to the smell of human body odor. It literally tastes like a person smells who has not worn anti-perspirant/deoderant in months. It is amazing how accurately they copied the smell. That said, I will still buy this stuff because it blows every other OTC cough syrup on the planet away in performance!!!
