I usually take this before sleep. I noticed every time I take it, I sleep soundly that night. I sleep deeply, dreams are more vivid, and I don't keep getting up at night. I feel fresh when I get up in the morning, and I feel mentally sharp.

I even see clearer as well. Normally I wear contacts and my right is a bit weaker than my left eye. So some days I would see thing a bit blurry with the right eye even when wearing contacts.

The effects of this pill is very similar to Ginko Biloba. But I didn't have much long term success with Ginko Biloba. Ginko Biloba gave me headaches sometimes, and after taking it a for a week it stopped working for me. Sometimes Ginko had reverse effects on me. I would take it and instead of making me mentally sharper it would make me mentally slower!!

I have to say this stuff really works! I took my first capsule couple days ago and couldn't have been anymore alert and clear.It really improves my concentration problems and it would be great alternative to Addearall which, by the way, is impossible to get nowdays! I was doing a good bit of research and chose this product because it claimed to contain both Brahmi and Gotu Kola. It also claimed to have 90 capsules. The product I received took a month to get here and was simply a bottle of Brahmi with 60 capsules. I would not have ordered this product from this seller and waited a month to get it if I had known I would be getting the same product I could have gotten somewhere else in 5 business days. Although the Brahmi seems to be helping with my alertness and mental clarity, I will not be ordering from this seller again.
