I really like this bonnet because it really helps to keep moisture in your hair. I have definitely noticed when I wake up in the morning my sheets are not all greased up, as with the cheaper store brand. The only draw back for me was the ribbon string for tying and adjusting around head..would rather have a stretchy adjustable cord that doesn't have the potential to slide out when u wash it. So that's why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars
