LA Baby 4 Sided Changing Pad 30", White

This pad was purchased mainly for it's small size. All the other contour pads were 31" to 34" long, much too long for what we needed. This 30" four sided contour changing pad is much smaller, and as an added bonus, much safer. I really like having all four sides contoured to prevent scooting off the back as "Baby" starts learning to push with his feet. We customed made a changing table so we do not have side rails, but even if we did, the four sides prevents babies from hitting their heads against the rails. This is my third child and my first experience with the four sided pad.

Although most changing pad covers are designed for the two-sided contour pads, I found that they fit this pad just fine. We bought two covers designed for the 31" two-sided contour pad and they fit rather well. There is no gapping or pulling.

Overall, I am very pleased with the pad.

We bought the Ikea Hemnes changing table top and then discovered that it was not the normal changing table dimensions. It is about 29" wide. I thought I was going to have trouble finding a changing pad to fit, but this one does the job perfectly. It fits nice and snuggly even though it is a little wider than the table. And the Carters changing pad covers I bought for 32" x 16" changing pads fit perfectly.

My baby loves this pad so much that he wanted to sleep in it when he was an infant. We considered buying a second one to put in the crib because he felt so secure and cozy in it.

There is a warning, though. If you don't have a cover on the pad, the plastic will come apart at the seams. We thought we could get away with not having a changing pad cover until we noticed little tears. If it's covered, it doesn't seem to be a problem.

Love this changing pad and the Summer Infant Naturally Yours Changing Table Cover (sold on Amazon) fits perfectly! I highly recommend this cover to go with this pad; I tried others that were suggested and had to send them back b/c they were too small (b/c of the length created by the sides at either end -the Summer Infant cover is 37 in. long, so it works with the sides). The pad is great -high quality and fits my antique dresser just as I had hoped.

I purchased this changing pad to use on a dresser that we converted into a changing station. I also purchased an off brand terry cover from a discount store. I thought we would get a little use out of it once baby moves into her nursery (she is sleeping in our room in a bassinet). Boy, was I wrong!

We use this changing pad ALL THE TIME! We use it to change diapers, to take naps, to change clothes, etc. It is a nice, safe, soft, clean place to put baby down to do all of the above, and it is mobile (if you don't attach it to changing table). In fact, the only place I haven't used this pad is on the changing table!

I have a nice terry cover on the pad all the time. I also have some waterproof pads that I put on the pad when I am changing diapers. The rest of the time, I just use the terry cover as a soft place to lay baby down. This is definitely the baby product that we have used the most, and I would argue that it is probably our favorite item so far. Worth every penny!

Little Giraffe Velvet Deluxe Blanket, 29" x 35"

This blanket is much more lightweight than other Little Giraffe blankets and is super soft and luxurious. I didn't realize prior to ordering that one side is satin. For me, I would have preferred if both sides were the velvety fabric.

For years I've searched for a product that can reduce my genetically puffy eyes. I tried all the home remedies, eye pads, eye creams I could find. ResMed Quattro FX Full Face Mask Frame System

This mask is perfect for me, but the only problem is that the soft plastic that goes around the mouth comes out after a couple of months, and then it leaks and hisses. I wish they would take this mask one step further and add clips to lock in the mouth piece. If they did that, I would say it was the best!!! Unfortunately, the fit was a lot smaller than I expected. Its about 2 inches smaller than my previous mask which makes it a bit harder to get used to.

I bought this mask as a replacement for my original that was broken when it was accidentally steeped on. I've read the reviews and to me it's obvious that people are simply just not buying the correct mask for their needs. When I picked up my CPAP and mask for the first time. I was able to pick and choose from a verity of different ones. I picked this one from several others because it didn't make me feel claustrophobic like the others did. It took about a month for me to get use and learn how to properly adjust the straps. I admit it's not the best design for sleeping on your side. A nasal mask or a CPAP pillow would probably be better for that. It does leak at times when the seal is broken. Most of the times from pressing down on the pillow but like I said a simple adjustment will take care of that. I've become very dependent on this mask for a good night sleep that I cant sleep without it.

I am a nurse that works night shift and travels frequently. Between the two, I have a funky sleep schedule and sometimes go through periods of extreme insomnia.

Then, at the airport in Long Beach, CA I found Dream Water. I was a little shocked at the price but decided to try it anyway. Because it was expensive, I tried half a shot and it worked, well, like a dream. A whole shot makes me do weird things in my sleep, but a half shot makes me fall asleep and get a good 6-8 hours with no hangover effect even during my severe episodes of insomnia.

As a nurse, I would like to recommend that you be careful taking it every day. One of the ingredients (5-HTP) can cause serotonin syndrome in certain doses. Since we don't know the exact dose they use, I would look up serotonin syndrome and be on the look out for side effects if you take it regularly. Just in case. I haven't had any side effects, but better safe than sorry.

Also, be careful mixing it with certain other meds used to adjust mood (anxiety/depression meds) or other sleep aids even natural ones. Just a heads up.

I have severe insomnia . This stuff did not touch it. This can aggravate those with bipolar symptoms. Expensive too.

Animal PM

My gym sessions tend to run late and I cant seem to wind down. I am not a bodybuilder but train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and as much as I love it I ended up having the worst time falling asleep and staying asleep. While this is no wonder sleep aid the pak combination has done wonders for me. My diet is REALLY cleaned up so along with that I have been sleeping great, am better recovered and quite possibly have had more energy than ever. I take it every night without fail. I use Animal PM for two reasons:

1. The relaxation agents assist in helping me calm down enough to fall asleep.

2. The amino acid complex provides sufficient support for lean mass that prevents a chubby weighlifter from having to eat right before bed.

Does it work? I'm still an occassional insomniac; nothing is going to change that. However, on nights I take PM, I do fall asleep easier. I'm consistently showing gains in the gym as well, so at the very least the bodybuilding elements are not running counter to my intentions.

I expected this product to have me staggering to bed, but I can't say I was dead tired when my head hit the pillow. My main caveat is that for some reason I got really crummy sleep the first couple nights. After that I slept well and continue to, which I suppose is the whole point. Most people blame the GABA for the initial insomniathe rep at Universal Nutrition told me that. I'm not a bodybuilder, just a regular joe that wants to remain healthy and fit.

Due to its fairly high cost though, I'm probably going to pass on it when my supply runs out. If you're like me and take a lot of vitamins, you're reluctant to criticize a pill product because you know there are unseen effects. It usually takes time to see them, if at all. Sometimes months or years. If money were no object, I'd continue taking Animal PM. But it's not essential. You could probably save yourself money by just buying ZMA and some aminos separately. Universal is a good company though. I still take an Animal Pak every day.

When you first open the canister you can smell the valerian root through the plastic packets. This stuff is a great night time nutritional supplement that helps promote relaxation without a heavy narcotic like sleep effect. I've been using a CPAP since 1994. I've had three different CPAP machines and about half a dozen masks. I can say without hesitation that the Ultra Mirage II is by far the most comfortable mask I've ever had. It's also the most durable I've had my current Ultra Mirage II for about six years, and it's still in excellent condition. I have another one for a backup, but I've never had to use it. I was a faithful user of this product when it was relatively new to the market. PM night oil gives hair such a brilliant, illustrious shine and it truly softens the hair. It is absorbed easily and does does not sit on top of your strands like some polishers tend to do. If you find that your hair is a little unruly, spray it on, wrap it/use satin cap and in the morning, fly aways are tamed! People use to ask me all the time what I used on my hair and I would bring the product to work to show them or describe the unique brown bottle/yellow-top packaging. Use sparingly because your pillows and clothes can get oily if too much is used. I am not certain if the formula or its ingredients changed. Perhaps it was my own body chemistry. My face began itching and before I knew it (a couple of weeks later), I had a large rash that took up the side of my face (where my hair was usually swept), resulting in hyperpigmentation. My reaction to the product was not fully realized until one particular time, I used it and as the day progressed the oil burned/itched my scalp so uncomfortably and I had to wash my hair later that night. Once I connected the dots and realized it was the hair oil causing my discomfort, I immediately stopped using it. I still purchase it for my daughter and sister, who get great use from it. If not for the allergic reaction and the Fantasia-product smell, I would probably still use this product today. It is a shame, because the sheen is so great, people often mistake you hair for a "weave" because it looks so good. The other thing is that the price of this oil has gone up TREMENDOUSLY (LIKE RIDICULOUS) since it came on the market and seems to creep up at a more-than-average rate. When I do buy it, I purchase 2-3 bottles at a time because of the seemingly rapid price inflation from year to year.

Not sure what was going on with my eyes, but this thing would give my under eyes a burning sensation and I didn't use too much. It even says to use a "generous amount". I would just roll it under my eyes, the little silver ball felt nice to the touch, but that's about it.

My undereyes also became itchy.

It did no lightening to my undereyes whatsoever.

I have very tired eyes. I'm a student in college who procrastinates and stays up all night on the computer. Even on days that I have a good rest and used this, it did nothing.

What worked though a bit for me was consuming green tea extract. Or you can just drink green tea daily. I had to rush to school in the morning and neglected the green tea capsules and my dark circles came back.
