For years I've searched for a product that can reduce my genetically puffy eyes. I tried all the home remedies, eye pads, eye creams I could find. I've also tried the most expensive (~$100) eye creams/gels out there. Based on the results, this is the best I've found. I noticed a distinctive improvement in my upper lids within the first week. I bought this product based on the "statistics" stated on the package. That was a mistake. I should have found some actual reviews. The skin under my eyes, and my eyelids became very dry and peeled. I only used this for around 5 days. The skin under my left eye split open, and is still very sore after 7 days. I plan to stay away from any retinol prouduct from now on.
