I am a nurse that works night shift and travels frequently. Between the two, I have a funky sleep schedule and sometimes go through periods of extreme insomnia.

Then, at the airport in Long Beach, CA I found Dream Water. I was a little shocked at the price but decided to try it anyway. Because it was expensive, I tried half a shot and it worked, well, like a dream. A whole shot makes me do weird things in my sleep, but a half shot makes me fall asleep and get a good 6-8 hours with no hangover effect even during my severe episodes of insomnia.

As a nurse, I would like to recommend that you be careful taking it every day. One of the ingredients (5-HTP) can cause serotonin syndrome in certain doses. Since we don't know the exact dose they use, I would look up serotonin syndrome and be on the look out for side effects if you take it regularly. Just in case. I haven't had any side effects, but better safe than sorry.

Also, be careful mixing it with certain other meds used to adjust mood (anxiety/depression meds) or other sleep aids even natural ones. Just a heads up.

This product is amazing. I tried both Dream water and nuero sleep and dream water worked all the time for me. no matter what, it would have me knocked out with-in a half hour.

I've had insomnia off and on for the past year +. I've been prescribed just about everything...including the main stuff like ambien. Ambien, unlike what the commercials promote, left me with horrible hangovers, terrible mood swings...and often times I would sleep walk/do things that I didn't even remember. Now that I've used the SmartGuard Elite for a couple of months to really test it out, I wanted to provide some feedback.

I have a small mouth, and I have a problem with clenching my teeth at night, especially on my right side, which causes considerable pain and can't be good for my teeth. After a night of clenching, I can't even chew anything tough.

I do have a small mouth -as a kid, I needed to have teeth removed so they didn't crowd each other; I only grew one wisdom tooth, but that had to be removed as well. You warned me that the Elite might not work with a small mouth, but I'm here to report it works great for me. It probably covers a wider span on me than for someone with a larger mouth, but I feel that gives me added protection.

I have shaped enough boil-devices now that, despite the need to work quickly, I have learned you do have enough time to really shape it to your own mouth well, to really make sure it's well shaped before pulling it out and cooling it into its permanent position. So, once again, I did take those extra moments to make sure it was perfectly shaped to fit my teeth and gums.

I've never had any pain since I started wearing it. I can chew absolutely anything with ease.

It has never come out or fallen loose on its own. I know everyone's situation is different, but I think this will help lots of people.

I hope you never stop making these because I'm sure I'll be using it for the rest of my life.

I suffer from bruxism and TMJ. I was skeptical after reading the bad reviews but DO NOT let that be your deciding factor. I finally do not have jaw pain in the morning and I am no longer waking up my fiance from my teeth grinding. So I wanted satin pillow cases to hopefully lessen the amount of knots I was getting in my hair so I ordered these. They were white, they were satin, and they were king-sized. Those were all the things I needed. Well, I received them and realized they are not in fact made for KING sized pillows. I compared these new pillow cases to the pillow cases that were previously on my pillows only to find out that these satin ones were about 3-4 inches shorter. That isn't to say that I couldn't have shoved by pillows in there and made it work, but I don't order pillowcases so that I can shove my pillow in them and make my pillow awkward and lumpy.

Calling these pillow cases "King-sized" is a complete misnomer. If you have really soft pillows that you like to bend up when you sleep with them, then I am sure these would be fine, but if you don't and you like your pillowcase to loosely fit over your pillow then DO NOT BUY this product.

Melatonin 1mg Time Release by Natrol 90 Tablets

I often have trouble falling asleep, and even more trouble staying asleep over 6 hours. Stress, staying up late or working on the computer before going to sleep can cause insomnia for me. However, I find the Natrol 1 mg time-release Melatonin usually solves the problem. If I have gone several nights with, say, 6 hours or less of sleep, I have found the following program effective: (1st 1-2 nights)2 tablets, (next 1-2 nights)1 tablet, (after that) nothing. By this point, I am sleeping 7-8 hours a night. Of course, since Melatonin is produced naturally by the body, you can keep taking it for much longer periods if necessary. It is important to keep the rhythm going, once established. Exercise, do relaxing things in the evening like reading unstressful literature, no caffeine, etc.

It was like drinking strong coffee at midnight. I bought this because, to be honest, it was black. I have osteoarthritis in my thumb joint and my hand gets worked ALOT in my line of work. The brace from my Dr. (hard plastic) hurts my thumb after time, my other OTC braces are nude/taupe color and get dirty really quickly. This brace fits well, I have smaller hands and really small wrists, however, it doesn't really offer that much thumb support as there is only one "stay" that runs along the outside of the thumb, I wish it had one on all sides, there is also isn't anything at the bottom of the opening for the stay, so it can tend to work itself out. I'll continue to use it, alternating w/my others until I probably go for the surgery.

This was just what my physical therapist ordered, and it was about 25% less than a different one at my local drugstore. Even after paying for overnight shipping the cost was still a bit less. I found this product because I was looking for proactive for my daughter and found an online article that compared the 4 top acne products. I decided on Exposed products based on that article. i got the ultimate kit, and i think thats the best way to do it. you wont need to replenish a majority of it each time. if you get a bad breakout you can use the mask more or the scrub..i noticed a difference in my pores within a few weeks. spending so much money also makes you take better care of yourself as well. like a diet, you can't expect major change without work, using it as appropriated, paying attention to the tips (drinking water, washing pillow cases, eating healthy) ... you wont see amazing results unless you take care of yourself along with these products. this is the first line ive ever purchased and its worth a try. i have dryer skin w/oily t-zone and i rarely need to use the moisturizer which is pretty amazing to me.

Peaceful Prairie Organic Olive Oil Lotion 4oz

I use this lotion and it is calming, healing, and balancing. It is an organic olive oil lotion with rich aromatherapy oils such as lavender, chamomile, and ylang ylang. I love the scent and the rich creamy lotion works well to keep my skin moisturized. The lotion is somewhat thin and may need a few pumps to get enough for your arms, for example. I only apply this lotion once and it lasts me all day, and the scent lasts awhile too. Because of this, a bottle will last you quite awhile.

I only use Purple Prairie lotions and have discovered that I need lotion less and less everyday. I think it is because it is free of all the chemicals that you find in commercial products. Breathe Right Advanced Nasal Strips, 44 Count

I have been a fan of Breathe Right for a few years now. I love this product idea, and especially the Breathe Right brand. These work much better than some of the "store brands" I have tried, hands down.

There are two versions of the updated "better" Breathe Right strips. The "Advanced" and the "Extra." Each provides a slightly different offering. I happen to like both, although I tend to lean towards the "Extra" more often than this "Advanced," but that does not discount the concept of this one.

The "Advanced" version here has two split sections of strip on each nostril, to ensure a proper opening lift of the nostrils, allowing for more air flow. The downside to "Advanced" is that if your skin is oily at all, these strips will not stay on your nose, and will peel off rather quickly. My recommendation is to make sure your face is washed and dried thoroughly before applying. Also, make sure you know the exact placement, as you want to handle the product as little as possible, to avoid ruining the sticky application. What makes the "Extra" version better, is its adhesive properties much stronger, and tighter of a fit. However, this may also be a detriment for some, as it really tugs on the skin when removing it in the morning. And I could see some people having a minor allergic reaction, or better stated, some skin reactions to having such a strong adhesive tugging on their sensitive nostril skin all night.

Given the options, for most, the "Advanced" Breathe Right strips will provide wonderful comfort and breathing ability. When used properly it really does provide for a good night's rest. This may not apply to every single person, as we are all different, but for the majority it is a great sleep and breathing aid. And sometimes I've just worn them around the house during the day if I felt a bit stuffed up. Very helpful for that too.

the 26 per pack were kind of silly. I'd buy these buy the gross if I could, I use at least one a night (because I screw up on placement a lot)

Stickiness wears off sometimes in the night if my face isn't clean, it's summer-hot and I'm sweating, or if I toss and turn too much.

On occasion it's uncomfortable, but rarely. One star ding total for all the minor issues I have. All in all, great product.

They do require a little more attention to put on since, unlike regular Breathe Right Strips, there is a top and bottom (and the difference between the two is subtle) but when properly applied (which means you've washed your face so they can adhere effectively and you place them at the correct height and level on your nose) you'll be rewarded with much clearer nasal inhalation, which for me means no snoring, a happier wife, and restful sleep for both of us. I haven't had any issues noted by others with the adhesive being too strong. It's just right for me and not uncomfortable to remove.

I got a sample of the Breathe Right Advanced strips and I loved them, so much that I bought a huge box (44 count) of them. After about a week of use, when I went to take off my breathe right strip it RIPPED THE SKIN OFF OF MY NOSE! I now have a raw, partially bloody nose that I am desperately trying to heal because it is so gross looking. Has anyone else had this problem?

For the record, when I was using the strips they were really helpful and I could finally breathe, that's why I gave these three stars. I wish the skin incident never happened...
