Betty Dain Satin Pillowcase, King Size, White (Pack of 2)

I was very hesitant to buy these because I've read a lot of reviews in the other colors that said they were way too small to fit a king size pillow. The white ones, however, did not have this complaint. I decided to order them because for the price, it seemed like you couldn't go wrong. I got them yesterday, and I can see where they didn't feel real soft and smooth at first, so I washed them right away, and it softened them right up and now have a very nice smooth satiny feel. I decided to try them on my pillows today, and they fit just fine. I have gel pillows so maybe they have a little more give. but I don't have any complaints. My pillows fit just fine in them. They washed up well, seem like good quality and fit my pillows. Overall, well worth the money!

I've had satin pillowcases before, thinking it was good for my skin, but my hairdresser told me to start using it again as a way to keep my hair in good condition. I ordered the king-size because I have a "side sleeper" pillow which I love and it's an odd shape, and the king-size is large enough to drape over the pillow and it's perfect. My hair stays nice and I wake up with it looking good. washes great. Get it!

So I wanted satin pillow cases to hopefully lessen the amount of knots I was getting in my hair so I ordered these. They were white, they were satin, and they were king-sized. Those were all the things I needed. Well, I received them and realized they are not in fact made for KING sized pillows. I compared these new pillow cases to the pillow cases that were previously on my pillows only to find out that these satin ones were about 3-4 inches shorter. That isn't to say that I couldn't have shoved by pillows in there and made it work, but I don't order pillowcases so that I can shove my pillow in them and make my pillow awkward and lumpy.

Calling these pillow cases "King-sized" is a complete misnomer. If you have really soft pillows that you like to bend up when you sleep with them, then I am sure these would be fine, but if you don't and you like your pillowcase to loosely fit over your pillow then DO NOT BUY this product.

I ordered the king size pillow cases but when they arrived, I had to squeeze my pillows in so they would fit. It seems as though the size was labeled incorrectly. Otherwise, the quality is great.

I got these Satin Pillowcases for my Mum because she always sleeps with one and her's had gotten old and worn. She loves this one! She said the best is the hidden zipper that keeps the pillow from falling out when she makes up the bed. She also has very thin hair and this prevents her from getting "bed head" and also doesn't pull at her hair while she sleeps (she's getting old and needs her hair!). Great product.
