I was put on pregnancy bed rest for all of my third trimester. I looked in many places for a wedge pillow that would let me sit up in my bed and work on the laptop or read. The doctor's orders were that I need to be in an incline if I sit up at all. All other wedge pillows I looked at seemed to be either too narrow or short. I took a chance with this one and it turned out perfect! Since I needed something that would let me work in bed, I couldn't purchase one of those bed rest pillows that have arms. The laptop bed tray would not have fit in well.

Pros:

Firm enough to provide the perfect back support

Long enough that my head, neck and back are supported (I am 5' 5")

Wide enough on the base to give me the best incline

Cons:

Not really a con but something to know is that you will need to use a small pillow to support your head
