The roll part of the pillow seemed like a good idea, however, it just wasn't comfortable at all. The rest of the pillow became very misshapen and soft, offering no support, so after a few nights so my head was positioned too far down. I'm not a big believer in aroma therapy at all. But this bath product really does help you relax. I can't explain it, but I think it works. I LOVE this fragrance! It's so nice! Unfortunately buying from this seller was a waste of time. I might as well have gone to my local Bath and Body Works to begin with. The bottle came in a dinky little padded envelope and so when I received it, it was cracked and leaking all over! I've had difficulty falling asleep since my college days. Once I entered my mid-30's the insomnia became more frequent. I use the regular Sleepytime frequently in the evenings, but on those nights when you need a little something extra, this stuff is amazing. Its very nice when travelling and you are having a hard time sleeping in a strange bed. I don't like taking medications (no Lunestra for me) but with this, don't need to.

The quality is fine, as far as I can tell, but the form factor is atrocious. I don't have any trouble swallowing pills, and usually don't even bother to use water, but these are an unpleasant challenge. They're very large and have a rough dry surface. It takes a lot of effort to swallow them, and even washing them down with water, they *always* get stuck in my throat. I'm going to look for a brand that comes in capsules, even if they have a smaller dose. Source Naturals Inositol/Choline is a nice find because it combines two common agents used in cognitive enhancement. The drawback is that the form of choline used (i.e., choline bitartrate) does not have the highest bioavailability. In other words, it doesn't absorb well under normal conditions. The way around this is choline alfoscerate, or Alpha-GPC a similar precursor to acetycholine with higher bioavailability and the ability to cross the blood-brain barrier. It is significantly more expensive, but it works (and studies are available evidencing its benefits). If the price is too high, you can increase your intake of choline bitartrate, but I wouldn't do it with a combination supplement and I would definitely research the tolerance levels of doing such (choline bitartrate is relatively safe at normal doses, but I'm not a physician).
I was put on pregnancy bed rest for all of my third trimester. I looked in many places for a wedge pillow that would let me sit up in my bed and work on the laptop or read. The doctor's orders were that I need to be in an incline if I sit up at all. All other wedge pillows I looked at seemed to be either too narrow or short. I took a chance with this one and it turned out perfect! Since I needed something that would let me work in bed, I couldn't purchase one of those bed rest pillows that have arms. The laptop bed tray would not have fit in well.

What you get is what is picturedthe frame and the gel cushion. I have gotten tired of spending $80 and for a CPAP mask (I use nasal masks) and having to pitch it after a few months use because the gel gets punctured. With this I can replace the gel part for $12. The gel is not quite as cushy as a profile lite, but after adjusting the straps it is just fine.

I bought this as a replacement for a Respironics medium frame. The problem with my old/original one was the plastic loops on the sides for the top bands of the headgear were breaking, and finally the "bracket" where the over-the-nose portion of the frame connected to the head cushion had cracked, such that "one wrong move" caused the two pieces to separate (very annoying). Also, on the original, the exhale/exhaust vent was molded as part of the connector for the tube, in such a way that the outgoing airflow was directed along/towards the tube.
