i tried to write this review on amazon.com, but apparently, it didn't go through. i will re-write it again to spread the word. i am not a "cape" for the makers of touchi.

i am a type 2 diabetic. I work in hospitals. On some of my assignments, there were no breaks for small meals, or the ability to have water in our vicinity. It took it's toll on my diabetes that i thought i had under control. I started seeking out over the counter "remedies" which worked for maybe a day. One in particular gave me throbbing headaches. it was called Cinsulin. I could barely eat, the headaches became worse, and i had the worse case of the jitters. Depression set in.

I then switched to Glucerna which worked for about a week. The headaches became persistent. I was going urinating every 15 to 20 mins. Dehydration kicked in. I had to leave my job, which was the first step to getting better.

i researched "Touchi" and decided to give it a try? Never looked back. With a sensible diet, exercise, i'm back to normal again. No more jitters, depression, and thank gawd, no more headaches.

I do not know, what to say, yet. Definitely, when I started it, my sugar dropped from 103 to 93 mg/dl blood. I use it only once per day, in the morning, for I cannot take recommended 3 capsules per day for my personal (not financial!) reason. At least, I stopped gaining weight, maybe loosing a little bit. My plan is to continue. Thanks!
