Been having neck/shoulder problems for some years now and I could just never get my pillow "quite right." This has helped immensely (I sleep mostly on my side & sometimes on my back). In general, I find myself sleeping much more deeply and with a whole lot less pain when I get up in the morning.

I was so excited to buy this pillow. I had such high expectations. Unfortunately, it caused me to have terrible neck pain just after one night of sleeping on it. Went back to buying a foam pillow althought I hate the smell.

Although it took me a couple nights to get used to the shape, the support is fantastic! I sleep better, with much less neck pain. The best part no morning headaches! I wish I'd found this sooner. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it covers my face a bit when I lie on my side, and I got the smallest size.

The roll part of the pillow seemed like a good idea, however, it just wasn't comfortable at all. The rest of the pillow became very misshapen and soft, offering no support, so after a few nights so my head was positioned too far down. My husband is trying to use the pillow now with a second pillow underneath. I'm happy for all those this pillow worked for. It just wasn't for me.
