I have trouble sleeping at times due to a recent death in the family and trauma related to that. I have spent a fortune and tried to stay away from prescriptions. This is really, the best on the market. I went to lots of Health-Food stores and they sell really good stuff but this is the very BEST! It is time-released and I never found that in the local Health-food stores. I sleep the WHOLE night on this stuff and DON't wake up at two or three. If you have sleep issues do try this. I found they are prompt, they ship stuff well-packed, and respond if there is a problem.
