Learning the Buteyko Breathing Method

For the cost of this book & dvd package , I was disappointed in the content of both the book & the dvd . One big error I picked on immediately is that both the book & the dvd doesn't tell you to pinch your nose whilst doing the basic technique of holding your breath the control pause whereas just about all the other books on the Buteyko Method advise you to pinch your nose to stop you from inadvertently breathing during this control pause exercise .
