Nothing is going to hold up forever, this one will usually last a year, but after a few uses there are little black pieces of material that will start coming off. Just the way its made I guess. Do not wash it, it will fall apart! Regardless of what it says.

I ordered this headgear to replace a very old and worn one that I had been using for some time. When I put this one on and laid down to sleep, I was amazed at the difference. This one feels great and stays snug, I am ordering more so I never have to deal with a worn headgear again.

I know I'm not supposed to talk about the price but in this case it is so simple. You get the same product that the corner medical supply store charges your insurance five times its price. If you dont want to deal with them or just need one at a reasonable price. I recoment it.

Prices for these elastic headgear straps are all over the map some prices are more than double what I paid. I mean really, some people want $30 plus shipping for an elastic strap that probably costs pennies to make in China? Do your homework when shopping for CPAP accessories!
