First off, I bought this for myself. I train as an amateur boxer and do a lot of running, and often my muscles cramp up and heavy stretching is needed before I'm back at 100%. First and foremost I bought these salts to ease my muscle pain.

Drawing a -hotbath and getting in, first thing you notice is the heavy aroma. These salts smell great! And a large part of the "restless nights" label has to derive from the aromatherapy it provides. After a bath it left our bathroom smelling like lavender for at least 3 more days--can't complain about that.

The downside is the quantity that comes in this small package. The packaging recommends 1/3 cup for each bath, and that seems to do the trick (though most other bath salts seem to recommend 2 cups), but at the price you pay for this it's just too much!

You'll get a handful of baths at the most, and while some people might be all right with that, I just think it's too much to pay for such a small amount of salt.

These are an awesome supplement. At first, I was irritated because I was waking up after about 6.5 hours whereas I usually try to get 8 hours of sleep. I mean, I was bolting up out of bed and couldn't sleep anymore. After a couple days of this I realized I was actually more rested than I usually am on 8 hours of sleep. I've been taking REM Caps on and off for the past 5 years. Usually I start taking it when I begin training hard, whether cycling, or weight lifting. I awake on my own before my alarm and am fully rested. I typically get around 7 hours of sleep. If I know I'm not going to be able to get a "full" night sleep, it does well on a 6 hour night to get the most of my sleep. I also use this as my stress level at work increases. I just feel like it gives me an extra edge. Keep in mind though, it does not make you go to sleep. I definitely start to feel relaxed about 30-45 minutes after I take them, but they don't knock you out. In fact, the first couple times I took it I was thinking about how great my sleep was going to be I couldn't fall asleep!! Just me being heady! Word of warning however, you do tend to have some strange, vivid dreams. You will dream all night long, and they'll be strong dreams. I did see this in the warning, and it is true.

The recommended dosage is 1 3 caplets. I started off with one but still found myself waking before my alarm went off so I moved up to 2 pills. Acupressure Anti-Nausea Wrist Band

The wrist bands were a bargain and worked well to quell my "morning sickness" nausea so I could actually function during the day. However, the velcro straps were sometimes difficult to close with the proper pressure as the band would eventually drift out of alignment. The bell style shape applying the acupressure was very uncomfortable and made writing a bit painful. I feel a better product is the type with elastic bands and the disk shape applying the acupressure since it stays in place and does not hurt.

I didn't seem to have any positive results with this product...maybe I wasn't using it right?

These are a very pointy version of the sea-bands. The pointness makes sleeping with them on impossible.

My wife tried them for two days, and they didn't seem to help her at all. The other brand (sea-bands) seemed to help a little, but it was very minor for her.

These bands are pretty hit and miss, but most people will try anything to stop the nausea so I'd get them just to see if they work for you.

Doesn't open your passages as good as the on top nasal strips, but still work ok. I guess if you can't use the top of. Nose strips these are good analogs. There is a rubber connector strip between the two so be prepared to have the equivalent of a rubber band between your nostrils.

I am a night clencher, not a grinder, and after wasting good money on a boil-fixed, teeth-molded dental guard that was uncomfortable and hard, I invested in this guard of different design. What a major difference: it is comfortable; easy to get used to; of softer, cushioning plastic; and supportive of mouth relaxation during sleep. This item is the middle level of three products by this company and has the advantage over the first by having retaining wings to prevent slippage. If you are a grinder, I do not know how well the guard will stand up to the rubbing and friction (it is guaranteed for 3 months), but for clenchers, it is excellent.

The only problem with this product is that the bite pads fell apart after six months of use. One day they were fine. The next they both fell apart. Other than that this was a good solution for me. I have a persistent problem with teeth grinding. In the past I've used a sports mouth guard which worked alright but was difficult to clean and hard on my front teeth and mouth. I decided to try this product and have been satisfied. It leaves a nice gap between your teeth and stays in all night. It's very comfortable. The price for this product is very reasonable. The product was shipped and delivered promptly. The Splintek company makes a product called the Advanced that they say is more durable. If you go with this one (the Select) I recommend you buy two in case the first one wears out.

I have used night guards of all types for many years. I have paid $500 for the custom fit plastic guards from dentists to $20 for "The Doctor's" boil-to-fit guards (which I could never find a size that quite fit right and several times ruined them in the process of boiling and fitting). All of them usually ended up somewhere besides my mouth within a few hours of going to sleep. Regardless of price, none of them lasted much longer than 1-2 months for me. And, with the boil-to-fit guards, they are such a hassle that I found myself going without.

I found this product on sale somewhere for $29 and figured it worth a try. I have been using for two months and have yet to wake up without it still in my mouth. It works great, fits comfortably and has held up reasonably well. Though, I am certain it won't make it the three months they guarantee it for so we'll see how many times they will replace it under warranty. Don't fault this product though every dentist I've seen says I have the worst grinding problem they have seen. I usually crack their professional versions w/in a week.

This would get 5-stars except the price is 2x other over-the-counter offerings and the guaranteed durability for average users is only 3-months. If this was always $29 or closer to $20, definitely a 5-star product.

I really love the design of this product. I have tried many different night guards and this is definitely my favorite as far as comfort. The problem I had was exorbitant cost and durability.

I bought this in the first place because my dentist quoted me at $500 for an acrylic night guard. Presumably, the Sleep Right would be a better option, but for $40 each, they don't last long. I found that I ground through mine in about 30 days. I would actually give Sleep Right a glowing review if they let you buy the replacement grind pads for a reasonable price or if they gave you a few extra grind pads per pack...but since you have to buy the entire set with the main piece that holds the pads, carrying case, and packaging, this turns into a $500/year investment that is no longer worth it. Like I said, great design, but they are pricing themselves right past the more durable versions you can get specially fitted at the dentist.

Snore-No-More Pillow

This pillow has really helped reduce my loud snoring but not completely eliminated it. It is a firm pillow and takes while to get used to if you are used to soft cushy pillows. The end justifies the means though.

The pillow did indeed reduce snoring and was quite comfortable for the first three weeks. After that, what was a firm comfortable pillow lost it's shape and ability to support one's neck. I first used this exact same model of Light Shield sleepshade during WWII in 1943 when in the Navy in the Pacific. I have had one after the next on hand ever since--65 years! And I use them almost every day, for they guarantee sleep even when early morning sunlight streams in. Now in my retirement they are also used for mid-afternoon naps and provide complete darkness for restful sleep. They wear out over time, but a new one is always available.

I don't remember the manufacturer of the early sleepshades, but the Flent's sleepshades today are exactly the same design and perform just as well. I commend Flents for continuing the product, for there isn't another brand or model that does as good a job.

Great, Great product. Been using for over ten years. I didn't purchase for the snoring but for better breathing doing sleep. As a youngster I had sinus problems and no doubt sinus infections. The Nozovent along with using Alklol has improved my problem. Mack's Ultra Safe Sound Earplugs (10 pair)

Very comfortable and really cuts down on noise. I've never slept so well. Key to inserting the plug is to hold it in place while it re-expands this way you get the max comfort and most sound reduction.

Today, I am reviewing a pack of ear plugs from Mack's. Truth of the matter is, in my profession, I find, that hearing protection is a must. Most power equipment operates in the 90 to 110 decibel range. Which means, if you subject your ears to that kind of noise for too long, you can cause hearing loss.

THE EAR PLUGS: These ear plugs are not the flat square shaped kind. These are the cone shaped kind, which has a glossy outer coating. These plugs are made of a soft foam, most likely memory foam. When they get icky from ear wax, you can simply clean them and wear them again, or get a new pair. There is 10 of them in here, so if your smart, you can make them last over a year.

RESULTS: Using these ear plugs for a short period of time, I find, that they reduce the sound level quite well. I am able to operate loud equipment, without damaging my ears. As another plus to these ear plugs, is that they don't cause my ears to sweat like ear muffs will. Bought these earplugs because I sleep with a window A/C unit in my room. Blocks out the noise very well. I move around a lot when I'm sleeping, and these are soft enough that they don't poke into my ear when I lie on my side, and they only come out when I take them out.
