This is an awesome product on its on but It works twice as good when used with L-trytophan. The now foods brand is the best in my opinion. I wish it was cheaper but the cheaper versions of this product doesn't compare to the now foods brand. I'm not a hermit anymore thanks to this product and true calm.Save 48% Off
