How do you rate a supplement? If it works, it just goes about doing its job, and chances are, you may not have a clue whether or not its working. The reason I use bioperine is that after using curcumin for quite a while, I discovered it does not readily absorb into the body without help. The most recommended ingredient to assist in the absorption is bioperine, which is effective and cost efficient. I've always trusted Swanson products, and the price is very reasonable. When I think of the money I wasted by not using it......Eccchhh!
