I feel like this lotion blocks the tan rather than helps it. It may be protecting my tattoos but I'm not seeing a tan at all after two weeks straight of tanning. I've used the men's Ed Hardy Black Elixir Tattoo Fade Protection and I got almost five shades darker in a month.
