This tea is delicious and really does help with nerves! I was hainvg some anxiety that was preventing me from sleeping and this cleared that right up. I think that most chamomile tea would have done the same, but it is really good.

I chose this rating because the flavor of this tea is very bland. It isn't a bad taste, it just doesn't taste like anything much. I like that it is organic but I would have expected more in taste judging by the description given.

This tea tastes awful.

I think it may be old or expired, but I can't find a date on the packages.

I mean, it's not TERRIBLE, but definitely not good.

I do like this company, though, they have some great products.

Being pregnant with "rainbow" babies (babies conceived after the death of the baby that came before them) are so stressful and it's hard to relax at all. I especially have a hard time sleeping at night and getting my mind to settle down. I've been prescribed sleep meds, but I don't like taking them since they make me wake up feeling drowsy.

These are wonderful. I get VERY sleepy and calm and go right to sleep and stay asleep. I wake up refreshed. Can't ask for more!!

It tastes great I do add a teeny bit of sugar. The tea is weak, even though I let it steep the full 10 minutes, but that's ok with me, I don't mind. I've never liked tea before, but I love ALL of the Earth Mama Angel Baby teas.

This tea has a pleasant flavor and helps me not only to relax, but to fall asleep easily and deeply.

It does give me some interesting dreams but that may be pregnancy related, not tea related!
