I am a large fan of this product. I take 2 capsules maybe an hour before bed and i have no problems getting to sleep. I also experience some pretty vivid dreams on occasion. I have tried other sleep aids including melatonin and the "pm" style pain relievers. The melatonin did nothing and the pm's leave me groggy. these have no side effects the next day & are my go to's for sleeping rather than ambiens. Give them a go and see for yourself!
